The room was ok. At one time this was my go to hotel. Seems the quality is diminishing. My room had mold on the ceiling amd the floor wasn't the cleanest.

Comfort in overprice but the cleanliness much better than Days inn Service can improve as far as towels toilet paper. Breakfast continental breakfast should have variations for example involve more fresh fruits eggs got to be better it taste like cardboard , bacon bad quality but the sausage were great the wait for the waffle to long dinning area was clean sorrounding area parking lot was well kept bathrooms in the room was clean but the bathtube was paint was peeling other overall I would consider staying again

This place was not cleaned properly and things were falling apart and not renovated ,my grandmother came to visit from Chicago and kept finding roaches in her room , she brought the cups of roaches to the front desks they advised her she would get a new room or they would spray her room with something and clean it. Still didn’t work she kept finding roaches . I say it’s time for a change comfort suites you got enough money to renovate it nicer and manage it nicer so your customers feel comfortable to stay for atleast couple days .

Oh my….
Been going to this hotel for over 15+ years and enjoyed my stay every time until this last time. As we entered the room there was smashed bugs in the floor by the door if they swept they didn’t even have the decency to sweep them out. And through out the night there were small roaches climbing the walls. The management just needs hire pest control and they can get back to the way they were so we can enjoy our stay instead of killing them buggers. None the less we will still rent there due to the location and their cool pool on summer days!

Fridge, closet and room was not clean. Told front desk and the man said he woupd have someone come up and no one ever did so i had to grab the cleaning supplies from the housekeepers cart later that night to clean.
