Would have given all 5 starts. But during my stay the sink from the restroom kept running and wouldn’t turn off and leaked. Eventually got it to turn off and would just barely turn it on so it wouldn’t do it again. Also only one elevator was working and took over an hour on our check out day to be able to take all our stuff down and check out. Luckily they didn’t over charge but we were there past our check out time and that’s that we woke up and were ready before.

Great staff, not so great facility
The staff was great. Unfortunately the building needs a lot of attention. There was only one working elevator for guests and staff, so getting to and from the room was slow and uncomfortable. AC in the room was great, but seemed non-existent in the hallways. Pool was an uninviting shade of green and there was some sort of leak in the lobby ceiling. There was an OOO sign on one of the front doors and we had to have maintenance come re-attach the tp holder in our bathroom as soon as we checked in.

First thing that welcomes us when we open our room was a cockroach:( we requested to be transferred to a different room but we were told that they were overbooked that day. I also asked for a towel since we booked for 3 travelers and there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Front desk staff kept saying they were “low on towels” and almost not willing to give us until I said something like “ so meaning one of us don’t get to take a shower then because you have no towel to spare?”…the air conditioning did not work. It was on fan the whole night and never kept the room cool. We woke up sweating at 4 am and was not able to go back to sleep after. We notified the front desk again about it, but said they can’t do anything until 7 am when the service staff comes to fix it.. first thing we did the next day was to check out and transferred to another hotel ..we cant imagine having to face the same ordeal!!! Whoever was working that night when we checked in was not very helpful..I hope management will do something about this to make customer service better

Hotel looks to be the one where you stay before a flight. A little outdated but it served its purpose. Our AC was making a noise all night. That to me is the only negative thing I can recall.
