Amazing!!! I called to ask for recommendations to have balloons delivered to our room for my fiancé's’ birthday weekend and instead Inelaina took it upon herself to decorate the room so when we arrived it would be a very special welcoming!!! It’s the little details like this that make you want to stay here again! Everything was superb! The check in, cleanliness and the little balcony has a beautiful view of the riverwalk at night with all the twinkling lights made for fantastic pictures! The only negative I experienced was the small elevators and only 2. At times we had to wait for the next one because room service or housekeeping was going between floors with their carts and well there wasn’t enough room to get on with our luggage cart. We missed the social hour but we will definitely be back to check that out!

Perfect location on the quiet end of the riverwalk. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Service was amazing. The free hot breakfast and their happy hour food & drinks were a nice surprise. The parking was $23 a night with in & out privileges - cheaper than most hotels in the area ( $45 a day).

We didnt like how loud it was after 11 pm as we could hear people & the boat tours outside our window. Other than that, we really enjoyed this property.

The entire staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel had many extras that were above and beyond. Centrally located right on the Riverwalk and close to all the attractions. Would highly recommend making them your home away from home!! 10

Very nice stay
Very convenient to Riverwalk and Alamo. Room was a little small but we weren't there to stay in the room. $25 a night for parking but it was in the building. If you stay anywhere on the Riverwalk you'll have to pay for parking. Very nice stay. We were able to walk to the Alamo and come back for a nap and then go out to the Riverwalk.

Staff was very helpful and very cordial . I enjoyed the hot breakfast served. The staff at the buffet and front desk was exceptionally kind and approachable. The evening reception although I attended once, I thoroughly enjoyed it whilst looking out on the river. The only negative is the carpet. It’s old and dirty and needs replacing in the room and the common areas.
