No way this place is for an extended stay!!
Staff not very helpful or friendly. Bathroom mirror had a love letter written on it from previous occupants. No hair dryer or toiletries available. Rusted stovetop burners. No drinking glasses provided in room at all, not even plastic. Cupboards were completely empty. Would never recommend this place to anyone

The room looked so dirty I bought cleaning stuff to clean the whole room. The white bed sheets had a red stain on them. During my one day and two night stay we found 4 roaches inside the room. The room also smelled like smoke although it was a nonsmoking room.

I liked the kitchen in the room because we stayed six nights. I liked that the mattresses have mattress covers on them. And I liked being able to park close to the room. What I didn't like: 1) Management had scheduled to shut off the water on March 12th from 9 am to 5 pm. I checked in on March 11th. I was never notified via phone, or text, or email to let me know about the water shut off plans. The day after my family and I arrived, we had to leave the hotel early and return late because we had no water. 2) We had to use the same towels all week because we were told they had a shortage of towels. 3) The manager refused to give us a discount for all the inconveniences. He simply made a lot of unacceptable excuses not to give a discount.

The day that we checked in, we were told that the water was going to be shut off the next morning from 9 am to 5 p.m. And we were asked if we still wanted to check in. Since we arrived around 8 p.m., we decided to stay. I was upset because we never received a notification via email or via phone to let us know what was happening. Two days later, we asked for clean towels. We were told we would have to use the same towels the whole week because they had a shortage of towels. No notification of any kind was received about the towels. Again, I was not happy. However, on day 4th of staying there, we were given 3 clean towels for 4 people staying in the room. On day 7th, I talked to the manager and asked him if he could give me a discount for all the inconveniences. He said "No". He gave me a couple of unacceptable excuses as to why he was unable to give me a discount, and proceeded to charge my credit card. I understand that problems happen unexpectedly, but I see no reason why customers are not notified immediately to give them the option to find other hotels in the area. Why do they wait until the customers are there to check in to let them know they are having problem X, and to say "do you still want to check in?"

On entering my room, I smelled cigarette smoke.They advertise non smoking but that is not true. Drag racing at night going by the motel. Roaches in the bathroom roaming around. Breakfast meal is not a sit down affair but a bag of pastry a cup of coffee.

My safety is NUMBER 1
Place was decent, period. Main problem I had with this facility is the fact that when my wife and I returned from our day out the front door was open to our room. I reported this to the front desk, which was met with "I'm sorry that happened" what else could really be said? Luckily we had taken all of our valuables with us, the fact they entered when not supposed to, per their contract, only cleaned after leaving, maybe it was maintenance, not sure, fact is our room was not secure. Property is not GUN friendly, criminal has the upper hand here, unless you carry anyway.

Property was "clean" ... it was the bugs, ants, and insects thatnwere very unwelcoming. I shared with the management and because i went through Expedia they could not reimburse me or accommodate me. They will reach out to their Corporate Office and hopefully there will be Pest Control done in five days as that is when it is scheduled. One night was enough. The security lock on the door was missing as well. I will think twice about using Expedia or third party vendors whe. Booking Hotels...
