La verdad podrian 5 estrellas se lo merecen pero lo que no me gusto fue el cobro del estacionamiento, se supone que si pagas un servicio completo y caro y todavia fueron 40 dolares mas del estacionamiento para mi auto eso no esta bien.

Well the only thing I didn't like is that for one property my parking was waive because I was handicap but the other property made me pay and I definitely thought that was wrong because it's the same company and im handicapped but that's my only complaint that they need to change but my overall experience was great😃

The bed was hard as a rock so did not sleep well!! The continental breakfast was great and the staff is very friendly. Also just FYI if you book online you will also have to pay $32/day for parking that isn’t listed on the amount to pay for the room so just be aware but your car is behind a nice gate. It is a great location and if the bed would have been comfortable it would have been so much better!!

I loved the gated parking. Especially loved the breakfast. There was potatoes, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurts, snack bars, juice, water, coffee. This was a great place to stay and not far from the Riverwalk.

This is a straight up, honest opinion about the hotel because I believe that people deserve to know the truth. The hotel is located in an excellent spot, right next to the freeway, and literally a hop skip, and a jump away from the Alamo. However, that’s about all the hotel had going for it. The staff was rude, the blackbirds fill up all the trees around the hotel parking lot And they squawk all day and night. Don’t park your car anywhere close to the trees because you’ll wake up and your car will be completely covered in excrement. Additionally, none of the restrooms in the hotel rooms have exhaust fans, so all of the restroom got filled with steam and coated all our toiletries in water. Additionally, the room was very narrow and didn’t even have a closet. It had a built-in shelf that had a curtain that housed some shelves and a little section with hangers. Also, they charge you $35 a day for parking on top of your room, which they don’t tell you until you get there. They also allow dogs in the hotel which caused other issues because we heard a puppy/dog whining and yelping during our stay when we were going to sleep. Walls are paper thin as we heard our neighbors talking loudly and disciplining their kids. All together, I feel like we paid for the location and not the room or service. We’d stay someplace else next time.
