We were placed on a lower level with mechanical rooms and the laundry. Dark hallway with just a few rooms. Quite noisy thru the walls. Dont know if this was as result of a discounted rate using Expedia. We had the reservation for over a week Iand checked in around 3pm so not a last minute situation They offered to move us after we unpacked but too much trouble for one night.

I found fleas and termites in my suite and had to switch to 3 rooms before I found a clean room Would not recommend rooms are old and dirty the cleaning staff is unprofessional and half way clean up

This was a short overnight stay. We’ve stayed at this property several times over the years and it’s always a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are top notch. We had our three year old grandson with us and he loved the children’s pool and later in the evening they were showing Disney movies poolside and roasting marshmallows. The little guy was thrilled.

We booked a 4 nights on Expedia with breakfast included 4 people unfortunately there was only one breakfast plate we could choose had one pancake 2 eggs and bacon. We weren’t aware of this when we booked since we don’t eat bacon. So we didn’t eat breakfast the rest of the visit every though we paid for it. If you have kids the only thing the rooms don’t have is a microwave which was hard when you have kids because they have to eat. Other than that the staff was very friendly the room was cleaned on a regular basics clean towels and so on. The pool was nice nice and clean they also have kid activities that my kids got to enjoy.

I was there for a conference. When I arrived my room on the 3 rd floor did not get internet service inside room. One lamp and plug did not work. This was brought up to front desk attention and we were moved to basement level to achieve adequate internet service but that room the shower curtain did not reach the floor so after a shower the bathroom floor was covered in water. After checkout my deposit of &100.00 dollars ( for incidentals ) was refunded but I was then charged $41.00 for the privilege of parking my vehicle on the property. Even using the handicapped parking. When questioned the young lady stayed to avoid the fee I can park elsewhere and use a shuttle to get to the hotel. Very unprofessional policy. Lastly the ice machines on lower level and first floor did not work. I had to go to the second floor to get ice. I know this might sound petty but for the image portrayed by Hilton as on of the elite hotels, this one did not live up to those standards. Please note staff was excellent but they cannot control all aspects of the business. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Very displeased and disappointed.
