Loved the property and its close proximity and being in downtown without having to pay parking fees. There was a security guard walking around the cars at night and made us feel safe. Breakfast had good options too. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, will definitely come back.

We checked into our hotel and we always check for bed bugs first, we saw some type of bug directly on the matress which we don’t believe the sheets were clean due to a stain. There was also white stains on the side table and backboard and in the couch there were old sheets left in there. The bathroom was ok but the shower head could definitely have been cleaned. Hopefully a manager can help us get a refund as we checked out 15 minutes after we checked in to go to another cleaner hotel.

While the front desk staff was very helpful I kept asking for the pool area to be cleaned from the first day I was there I stayed 3 days there was a used band aid that stayed on the floor next to the pool that was never picked up

Restroom problems
we found a few strands of long hair on the restroom floor, and possible pubic hair in the shower. The sink was not draining properly so we called the front desk. When we returned later in the day, it was corrected.

I was charged a reservation for a king size bed and when we got there was given 2 doubles because they overbooked the weekend. No apologies was charged for the same amount and no compensation.
