Room and stay was amazing! Clean simple and quiet. Only two things were a bit disappointing trash was overflowing outside when we arrived until we left. Breakfast was disappointing, I’ve stayed at other places by Hilton and breakfast was better. Only reason is I have a picky eater and cereal would have been at least a choose. Other than that location and everything was amazing! I will defiantly return here.

Not much to like. Ice machines, but no ice buckets available anywhere. Never experienced that in 50 years of travel. Never any coffee at the free breakfast. Had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for every cup of coffee obtained. Considering the front desk clerk is also taking care of the breakfast, it doesn't surprise me. Too cheap to hire 1 additional employee. Terrible food selection and variety for breakfast.

Average Economical Hotel
The hotel was average. It was economical so I was not expecting more than average. There were a couple of things that I brought to the attention of the front desk clerk (one wall outlet did not work, toilet seat very loose) upon check out. Hopefully, these will be addressed. Also, the shower curtain needs to be bleached or replaced. The front desk person who checked me in, and out, was not welcoming at all and I had to ask questions (what time is breakfast, what floor am I on, can I get a folio, etc.) to get information instead of it being offered, which is typically standard. Finally, breakfast is less than continental which, I think, should be advertised. Offerings were bagels and yogurt. That's it, that's all.

First room had a nauseating smell of cleaner and vomit. No problem to move to another room. Surprisingly quiet for how packed the hotel was. Room was clean and comfortable except pillows. Forgot to take my own pillow so my bad. Not a full breakfast but nice to have bakery items, yogurt and beverages.

This is what you would call a "pig with lipstick" hotel. Had I known this was recently a Comfort Inn, I would have passed. This was poorly slapped together, from the water stains to water fixtures falling out the restroom wall. Hilton needs to send their team back to this location! We have stayed at other Spark locations and this was not in the same category. Very misleading. The day of arrival the front desk called me when we were an hour out to inform me that they had run out rooms. When I questioned her about it stating we had booked 3 three days before she back tracked and said our room was secure.

The bathroom needs urgent renovation. The cleaning was very good, the bed was a bit hard, breakfast was non-existent and they also charged a deposit for damages which I think was excessive considering the condition of the bathrooms.

Perfect location with the family!
The weather was just perfect and its location even better. Our destination was Six Flags and we were only minutes away. Then to top it off the mall was even closer with all the best restaurants around; it was just a perfect weekend and an amazing hotel with my girls.
