Perfect for a home feel getaway
Family of 5 plus 2 very small dogs. We were all pleasantly surprised to arrive to the bungalow and it look just like the listing! Our host was so kind and communicated very well right before, during, and even shortly after our visit. The location is pretty great, it's a quiet, somewhat family oriented neighborhood, the train wasn't bad, but there was one morning the conducter rode through blaring the horn around 3 am, so be prepared for that if you're an easy waker. My husband was able to walk with our children to get some breakfast around the corner one morning at a normally busy burrito place! We actually had to visit an urgent care while visiting and it was so close and convenient, we're not daily city drivers so location was a HUGE positive before we arrived and definitely worked in our favor. We will definitely book this bungalow again for any future visits, they even set our stuff for our dogs and had basic use items available (shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, body wash, detergent [arm&hammer] and hair dryer, vacuum, heater, home security, air worked amazingly, king bed was the best mattress I've ever slept on). You won't regret booking this bungalow!

Great little house!
The host was spectacular, and his communication was the best I’ve ever dealt with on Vrbo. This house was super clean and comfortable for my family. Had everything you needed! Great location nearby everything. Host was extremely responsive if I needed anything. No problems with this cozy house at all! Will definitely book again 100%!

Just what we needed...
The property was located close to everything we needed in a well established quiet neighborhood. The most well done portion of the rental was the excellent attentive communication. This owner was accommodating (I did a last minute one additional night extension) and very responsive. The home was the right size for our party of 3 and was close to an HEB market. It had plenty of everything needed. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Perfect for our needs
I stayed at the property with my son and granddaughter. We were in San Antonio for my grandson's college graduation. The home was set up well for us, and was very clean and neat. The neighborhood was fine, and it was conveniently located for what we were doing. The owner checked in a few times via text. I would stay there again if I needed a place to stay in San Antonio.

I would highly recommend this property. The house is in an older neighborhood but it is close to everything downtown. It is updated and nicely decorated. The master bed and bath was amazing. The house is clean and spacious and there are so many cozy & welcoming touches throughout. The host really goes out of his way to make you comfortable & is very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was perfect for our needs! Short drive from Airport, SeaWorld, The Alamo, River walk, Six Flags, Ice Cream and lots of great food. The house was clean, functional, comfortable and safe! We enjoyed our stay very much and would book again. Pros: beautifully updated inside, clean, lovely coffee bar and snacks, excellent communication with host, close to River walk and lots of sights Cons: a few homeless wandering the street out front, close to train tracks which is heard several times each night, water in both showers gets warm but never hot.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
This place was perfect for our weekend in San Antonio. We wanted to avoid construction in downtown/riverwalk area. It was only a quick Uber to the riverwalk. Approximately 16 miles from Sea World. Has tons of places to eat nearby. Lots of stores if you need something quick. My kids loved it here as well and they felt at home! Definitely would stay here again!

Very good location for a mellow stay with friends and a pet
Lovely refurbished bungalow with a secure backyard for your pet and within about 5 miles from almost every attraction. It’s great value if you want a nice place to stay away from the downtown crowd and want to live like a local for a while. The host is very attentive if you have any questions check in and check out is super easy and my Shih Tzu loved the back yard and the doggy bed and treats.

This was a beautiful and well kept home in a nice neighborhood. We arrived to San Antonio earlier than expected and were able to check in a bit earlier. Chase was very responsive throughout our stay. This home is almost 100 years old but has been beautifully updated, retaining lots of its character, and is lovingly taken care of. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was such a pleasure to come back to each evening. It's close to the city and surrounding attractions. The welcoming craftsman style porch is cute and the backyard spacious and also well kept. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spotless. There was complimentary chocolates, popcorn & coffee available. You won't be disappointed booking this place and we would most definitely stay here again!
