Staff was nice Bathroom was not very clean- floor and area around tub Had an almost unbearable smell of cleaning supplies- floor cleaner. I am sensitive to smells, and it made me nauseous and gave me a headache.

Both my husband and myself were completely happy with our over all stay. From check in to check out! At check in, we got there before 3 pm and then gentlemen upgraded our room because our original wasn5t ready, but for no extra charge. He was so friendly and even brought my DL to the room after forgetting it in the office. We will definitely be back for our next stay in San Antonio. It was quirt the whole night, we felt safe and the room smelled amazing!!

I didn't like that. I waited 10 minutes for somebody to do my checkout, and nobody responded to the doorbell. I had to just leave there the remote and the key, without me, getting my deposit back which I still don't understand why you have to leave a deposit for the remote and the key so I just had to leave, without my deposit.

Terrible service!!! I had requested a two single bed room, they had one bed only, when asked , the clerk wanted more money to get two beds , then she asked me for more money for the key and more money for the tv remote, I will never stay there again!!
