The hotel was run down, elevator was slow and took forever to arrive, rooms were NOISY!!!! We had to take the stairs to avoid getting stuck in the elevators. The rooms were very noisy, with weird buzzing and beeping sounds. Very limited choices on food options as well. The only thing I can say that’s positive was the server, Armando. He was very pleasant and polite. The hotel needs major upgrades!!

I was supposed to get a higher floor with 2 beds, at arrival there was no available room with such configuration, then we got a floor 1 two bed room / which was cheaper on my agent and still I was charged for the regular rate plus taxes vs the price on Expedia. They did recognize small part for all the stay. Very bad

Property was very clean and quiet. Easy check in and out. Upon check-in I was the only person in lobby and the lady did not even notice me because she was looking down at her phone.
