Air conditioner was not working maintenance was sent he needed to change out whole A/C and also bring a remote because there was not one in room.Next morning was going to shower and shower head was not working so we had to shower using the ice bucket to bathe .Called front desk I was put on the list for maintenance to go check in the morning then 10:00 came around and he had not gone and we needed to shower because check out time was at 11:00.I called front desk she said that she would see where he was at so he can come to my room asked for extended check time since all three of us needed to shower was told the latest I could have was 11:30.The maintenance man left at 10:22 we got in shower and then the hot water was not working and the water pressure was barely nothing so we had to shower with cold water.

My stay was ok didn't get much sleep also i did not receive housekeeping my entire stay and when I asked housekeeper on duty for towels or sheets it seemed like an inconvenience. Went to front desk requested housekeeping twice got none laundry guy was nice and gave me fresh sheets but I went and brought my own towels . It was a big room good working ac and shower.

The booking was done all online. Originally from the Dallas fort worth area so I focused a lot on the pictures. Now, the rooms are not at all what I expected. The first thing I noticed once I walked in the room was missed drawers from the drawers in the room. Lamps, nightstands, kitchen very dirty and messy furniture. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling and what looked like Burnt and dirty shower curtains. Air conditioning very noisy and very dirty odor. I can go on and on, though definitely would not recommend this hotel.

I did not stay there, i booked elsewhere within an hour of arriving and was unable to cancel and get my refund. I was given a number to call and my itinerary number was not accepted although it was already paid for. Very unsatisfactory, there was a broken window and the keys didn’t work after going to the office THREE times, once given a new room there was no TV, the overall cleanliness was not up to par the tub and toilet were visibly dirty inside and there was mold on the ceiling. There was a plastic picnic chair being used as furniture and the room did not look like what was advertised online.

this hotel is infested with roaches it’s disgusting. the fact that it was fully booked seem insane to me. absolutely not worth the 80$ we spent. what good is it going to do to have a microwave and tiny stove if it’s going to be swarming of roaches. the beds didn’t even have blankets or cover it was one plain ass bed sheet. our check in was from 11am-3pm yet they were trying to charge us 30$ extra to check in before 3pm. thankgod it was only for one night , this was a horrible experience. would NOT recommend .

This has been the most terrible stay ever. The room next door were loud all night and I mean all night. A loud sound of who knows what was going on repeatedly. There was no key access to our room. The maitenance guy had to open our door.

This place is decent but management does not believe in treating you as a person and earning your return patronage. They only care about getting whatever money they can at that moment and dont care at all about making sure you are satisfied
