False advertising
We had a good stay, but the room was falsely advertised when booking. The booking said they had free breakfast and parking. They had neither. When I asked the receptionist about breakfast, she only had a 10 dollar voucher for a restaurant down the street. And when we asked about parking upon arrival, the lady said to go to a parking garage a couple blocks down. The parking garage cost us 10.00 every time we parked. We will not be staying here again in the future.

Excellent location, right by the River walk with access to numerous shops, restaurants and attractions. The room was exceptionally clean and we had a great stay. Can get noisy at night so a pair of earplugs may be helpful if you are a light sleeper.

This place was excellent!! Very very clean very accommodatig fridge,stove,sink and microwave were a plus !! Staff was so sweet they greeted you everytime you entered or left the building ! I would definitely recommend! Its very very close to Riverwalk maybe 50feet ..Does get noisy on the weekends but it didnt bother us at all !

HORRIBLE customer service. I never write bad review but this one deserves it. I've been in contact with the San Antonio branch multiple times for the return of a precious item. I have spoke with Mickjael and April multiple times regarding this. Mickjael said he would ship this over a month ago and nothing has come. No follow-up shipping information. They have stated that corporate was useless and they have no one else to work with. I've spoken to over 3 people at this property with no follow-up. It's also VERY loud. You can hear the horses carriages, yelling, and bar fights from your window. To check-in, there is only one location to pull your car up to which is always occupied. Avoid this place, it's absolutely pathetic.

I will definitely stay here again the unit was updated and modern. AC was on point! The bed and pillows were the best. The pillows were so good I’m ordering some right now for my home.
