Fresh, clean, and friendly staff.
The hotel location was perfect for our needs. The staff was helpful and check-in was fast and efficient. Loved having a complimentary and conevnient tea, hot chocolate, and coffee station available in the lobby. Nice to relax with a warm beverage after a long travel day. Our room was clean and the bed was firm but comfy. Bath linens were fluffy and fresh. Handy lotion, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were nice to have along with a hair dryer. Iron and ironing board as well as a mini fridge were nice to have. Love that by the ice machine there were recyclable buckets for ice and a water bottle refill station with paper cups available. The gym was clean and allowed us to get a short workout in. Fresh towels were available to towel off if needed. Lobby was inviting and fun with a couple foosball tables and other games available. Our room was down the hall from the lobby and even though people were playing games, our room was quiet!! No noise from anywhere. Perfection! The complimentary breakfast was top notch. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurts, fruit, cold cereal, pastries, breads, etc as well as cold cereal and oatmeal bar with a good selection of toppings all looked fresh. A selection of juices as well as the hot beverage station in the lobby made for a fabulous breakfast!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

We arrived at 6:30 pm. We were issued room keys and when we went in the room had not been cleaned at all. Front desk lady on duty said some cleaning staff members had not shown up for work . She did find us another room. Refrigerator would not cool:(. On a good note, our new room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic.

Got what we paid for
We stayed here because it was the cheapest option in the area and we got what we paid for: thin walls, thin bedding, a weird smelling room, and hairs left behind in the shower from the previous occupants. The staff were almost all very welcoming and helpful though, and the breakfast buffet was pretty solid. It's not the worst place we've ever stayed, but I don't think we'll be back.

The soap dispenser in the restroom was out of soap. There was a tear in the seal to the shower door. I appreciated the late checkout time of noon, but Expedia had said 11am. I left by 11am just in case. Over-all it was decent stay.
