We're excited to see the new renovations at this hotel! The updates look fantastic, and we can't wait to experience them during our next stay. We loving being able to get up and take a stroll on the Riverwalk. We are big fans of Pearl, but can easily walk to the Alamo and the heart of the city.

This entire area, especially the property, is under construction… The exterior the building looks like it is a construction zone, and therefore should not have been approached by the public… I thought the property was closed… So I booked a room at another hotel… Only to find out that the property was actually open… The signage was holy inadequate to suggest the property was still functional… There was a sign at the entrance… Literally inside the construction zone that said… Pardon our Dust… It is otherwise a good location, a place where stayed over the years… But there should be a sign that says… Yes, we are open

Very good in spite of the renovation
The hotel is very convenient. The Pearl Brewery and downtown are both easy walks. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was undergoing an extensive renovation, and that caused some disruptions. But I enjoyed my stay anyway. I would stay there again.

Construction nightmare
Major construction all around and inside hotel. Only one elevator was working and it kept getting stuck—while we were on it. We had to take the stairs to the 3rd and 4th floors. We listened to the sound of high pitched saws during breakfast. They really should’ve shut down during this construction process. Also—it was difficult finding the property because of no hotel signs.

The property is currently being renovated so there is lots of dust and loud working early in the morning. $20 parking fee daily. Service was fine but they need to let customers know this so that we can make the decision to stay under these conditions.

Expedia did not mention that the site was under renovation. Most of the amenities were shut down and the hotel was noisy. I am sure that when complete, it will be lovely. It is in a great spot on the river on the north end.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms are nicely remodeled looks very modern! Nice new features! My husband is talking about coming back already! My kids enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. The Riverwalk is right behind the hotel. All was clean as well. Looking forward the the finish look😊

I absolutely loved my stay here. My room was beautiful and the hotel staff were very friendly. I got to meet the GM because I had a problem with my door but she took care of it immediately. Its a walk from all the festivities however, it is right off the river walk and the freeway which was a plus for me.You guys deserve this review. Thanks. I will be back for sure.
