Charming indeed!
This property is beyond beautiful. Charming is the perfect name for the hotel. Everything was great - from the rooms and views, to the location and impeccable landscaping. But the best part was the staff, especially Alejandra at the front desk. She was lovely to chat with and was extremely helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel.

El hotel espectacular, la ubicación es intermedia entre el centro cívico y cerro catedral, las habitaciones espectaculares con una vista genial (de pronto los sillones necesitan un cambio), el acceso a la playa está genial y el servicio tanto en la recepción como en el desayuno es buenísimo. Fantastic friendly staff. Found the rooms to be dated. Dinner was very good. Breakfast so so. We had an issue with the underfloor heating bento hot and had to sleep most the night with the ac on to cool us down.

The location of this hotel is amazing and views are incredible. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I think the in room spa is not as useful as a large up to date spa facility. The breakfast was very good. The disappointment was that their pool /hot tub area was not on par for a luxury resort. Plastic lounge chairs. Old hot tub that wasn’t hot enough. They could make a huge upgrade by fixing that.
