People watching and amazing sunset!
Location was perfect. Everything was great, the only suggestion I would say is it might be time to update the light fixture in the bathroom or at least clean it.. also, the master bed squeaks anytime anybody rolls over, so that was annoying. Everything else was fantastic!

Love this place!!
My new goal is to stay at this property at least 3 times a year. I love being right on the boardwalk sooo close to the ocean! We love to walk on the beach and the location is ideal for that. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby and a bike rental place you can walk to. This property has a beautiful kitchen and is decorated very tastefully. Sofa and beds are super comfortable as well. Can't wait to return in December!

Great location and ocean view. Unit was clean and perfect for our week stay in Mission Beach. We have stayed in quite a few of these units in this complex over the years. The lower level ones are the best with the extra patio space and easy access to boardwalk and beach w/o having to go up and down steps. My only recommendations to the owners would be to have tv’s in the bedrooms. Unit did have 1 nice tv in the living room. Overall nice experience

Absolutely loved this house. We will definitely be back every summer! Perfect location. Loved that we were on the corner and literally 10 steps to the sand. House was clean and is great condition when we arrived. Can’t wait to be back!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this building. The location is prime- walking distance to a market, shopping, and a couple of FANTASTIC restaurants. This particular unit is awesome- we loved the layout of the couch here better than other units! We’ll be back again. :)

Fantastic! First time here and it was unbelievable! We're from South Carolina and love the beach so we wanted to stay on the beach here and it was perfect! Perfect for our small family!
Our family of 3 stayed for the spring break week and it was wonderful. The unit is exactly as described and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The parking is great and you can’t beat the location. We did have a small issue with the freezer but the host was quick to respond with a solution. It did not negatively impact our week at all. Location is wonderful and right on the boardwalk. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated all the blankets during some of our chilly December nights. The owner communicated with us regarding construction prior to our stay which did not end up being a problem. Our only issues was check in. When we arrived, the condo was not cleaned from the previous stay. We had a difficult time contacting the owner. There was no contact info given other than messaging through VRBO. We called VRBO and they attempted to contact the owner for us. The cleaners did show up about an hour and a half after check in time and did a very thorough job however. Cleanliness was a 1 when we arrived and a 5 after the cleaners. That hour and a half was pretty stressful but we are glad that it all worked out.

This is the perfect spot to be , the condo is absolutely beautiful and well decorated it comes with everything you need . The view and location is breathtaking . The check in and check out process is super easy and any questions or concerns were answered with in min . The host was awesome and super friendly . Come with beach chairs , umbrella ,beach towels , sand toys everything you need , plus fully stocked kitchen plates glasses silverware etc . Bbq grill .the beds are super comfy as well . We will definitely be staying there again !
