Great value, great staff.
PROS: Quick check-in, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Wonderful customer service from front desk agents, particularly from Joh. CONS: Blackout curtains did not meet at the middle, so light still came in. A/C unit was extremly loud when it kicked on, so I had to keep off at night. Overall, a great stay.

No room cleaning service
We were told on check in we would have maid service every other day. We never received maid service our entire 4 day stay. Our last full day at the hotel, I specifically asked the front desk to have the room cleaned before 2PM that afternoon when we left for breakfast. We were gone all day and returned at 3:30 to clean up for my 50th year high school reunion. On of the maid staff came to our room while we were getting ready. I asked her to come back in 1 hour. when we returned from the reunion activities, at 10PM, the room had not been cleaned. This entire experience was not acceptable. We will most likely never stay at a Marriott property again.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Courtyard By Marriott San Diego-Rancho Bernardo. We were welcomed by a friendly staff at Check-in, Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that a Starbucks was part of the Bistro Cafe near the lobby downstairs, so convenient and wonderful! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard at Marriott. They were very accommodating and friendly. We got some cocktails from the Bistro onsite - they were delicious and strong. Having the laundry facility onsite was handy and was able to purchase the ride from the front desk. The area was super quiet and clean. We felt safe. Only thing that could have improved the stay is if a free breakfast would’ve been included
