We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites but was surprised at in addition to a resort fee there was a destination fee per day. Otherwise it was good.

My husband and I arrived late at night and someone at the front greeted us immediately. We were given our room but it wasn’t the one we ordered (had two queen beds instead of one king bed). They said that they were sold out for the night but that we would get the room we ordered the next day. As promised, we got the room the next evening. There was mold on the tub in the bathroom and one of the towels had a blood stain. Our room was facing the train so we could hear them passing. The hotel had a great location to seaport village and USS Midway. In all it was an okay stay. We like that we got a 25$ a day credit to spend at the gift shop.

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION. Checked in & was charged the normal $200 deposit on my CC. I checked out through the app, which told me nothing about having an outstanding balance or that I owed anything. Went to valet to get my car & the guy asked if I had checked out. I told him I did. Which I guess he didn't believe me since he had to call & ask the front desk. Upon that the front desk told him I had an outstanding balance of $4. I went back to the front ask to speak to the girl that was there. She told me I did have an outstanding balance of $4 because I had gone over my $200 deposit fee because of parking (which is expensive at $60 a night.) plus the destination fee (resort fee) & I had eaten at their restaurant. ALSO DO NOT EAT THERE! Food is expensive & the girl server that served us was extremely rude. Going back to my checkout, the girl charged my card the $4 I had outstanding. As I walked back to my car, I noticed that I was charged $300. I went back & spoke to the girl & was told she couldn't tell me why I had been charged $300. Then processed to tell me she would send it to her financing department. I then spoke to a manager name Michael which he processed to tell me he didn't know why they would charge me $300. This place is charging people without noticed or authorization. I just got off the phone with Hilton CS and was told the hotel should have not charged me $300. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Everything was fantastic, we stay here every year. My only suggestion is please upgrade your toilet paper. For as much as this place cost to stay at you should have more quality paper, especially for women, your TP is uncomfortable to use.

The property was close to restaurants, bay and enjoyed so much history in this area of hotel. Hotel kept clean and staff very polite. The food was healthy and good.

It’s situated in a very convenient location. You can walk to the pier. The Cheesecake Factory is across the street. I loved the family ambience.
