Exceptional Oasis with a Unique Theme
Exceptional hotel right in the heart of the city with fantastic transport links. As a solo traveller I felt reassured by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. There’s a coffee station on each floor, and a fantastic breakfast served. The rooms were very clean. Everything was so good I extended my stay twice!

Beautiful hotel but confusing check in
It is a beautiful hotel and very well refurbished inside. The main issue was I had no idea how to get into the hotel. There's no sign and you had to be buzzed in through an unmarked door.There's also no place to park or drive up to unload. You have to park on a street lot. Some clarification on basic check-in procedures would be good.

The decor was definitely a vibe. Artsy and modern, cute. Free cocktails at check in, and the complimentary breakfast was actually pretty solid. Parking was kind of a pain; the street it's on is a one-way street for a lot of the day, so it was tricky to get to the nearby parking garage. They have a partnership with a nearby fitness club that has a rooftop pool and jacuzzi, so we spent a few nights relaxing over there, which was really nice. The area it's in is a little sketchy, but a lot of big cities' downtown areas are sketchy, so that's not their fault. Easy walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, stores. We would stay here again.

I loved my stay here. The breakfast is amazing and the decor is unique. I love that there is a water filter and a Nespresso on each floor! The location is close to everything and is very convenient when you want to enjoy Downtown SD. Highly recommend staying here!

Great property I was in for a quick trip for a show at House of Blues and was perfect location. Easy to walk around and find things. Near plenty of transportation options. The entire stag was amazing and so nice. Breakfast was great each mornin plus the snack wardrobes on each floor. Would recommend and stay again next. Oh Maritza was super helpful as well as the other woman I missed her name. The doormen also pay close attention to who is coming and going making it feel very safe.

Our stay at The Granger Hotel in San Diego was amazing, but what really stood out was Dania, the hostess. She greeted us every morning during breakfast with such warmth and friendliness, it felt like being welcomed by a friend. She took the time to chat with us, making sure we were comfortable and happy, and even gave us some fantastic recommendations for places to visit around the city. Her genuine care and attention to detail made our trip unforgettable. The hotel itself is great, but Dania’s hospitality truly made it special.

The Granger Hotel was gorgeous, clean and so comfortable. I would happily stay here again and recommend this location to family and friends traveling to San Diego. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout my stay. I was especially impressed with Dania, who is warm, friendly and so very kind.
