Cost was reasonable. Staff provided good service. Pool was nice to have and in reasonable condition. Free breakfast was a huge plus-great hot breakfast choices. Room was clean, but despite this there were ants visible. Great location-quick walk to lots of dining options and transit modes. Neighborhood has areas that have a faint urine smell to it. However, I’d still stay here again.

Be warned- the trolly and train tracks are right behind the hotel. Our room faced the intersection so we heard the alarm for the crossing arms all night long. I wouldn’t stay there again due to the noise.

Our room had a view of an empty lot with weeds in a cement lot. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It would have been nice to have an airport shuttle.

We stayed two nights, maid did not clean our room. When called front desk 8/17 (8:45pm) for towel because room was not clean, staff place on hold more than 15min. Second called staff hung up. We ended up using old towels. Never stayed at a Hampton with this kind of service. Breakfast staff worked hard and kind.

I had a very good time for my 3 day stay. I couldn’t hear any trains and I didn’t see any homeless people. The free breakfast was really good. The only issue I had was the last night, I could hear people walking above me at midnight. Of course the day before my 5am flight but other than that, I approve
