I have been trying to reschedule or cancel for the last three days and website kept saying i had to call and never got a hold of anybody and online chat would just freeze. Called Hotels.com and got told to call Holiday in and called holiday in and was told to call Hotels. Never shopping on either again or telling people about either one.

The staff was great helping us with early check in. The airport shuttle driver was a great guy as well - even came in on off time to cover other workers and get us to the airport in time for our early flight.

Tower building is old. The elevator rattles and smells old. The rooms are clean beds are comfy but also the room Smells old. The bathroom Is extra small Perhaps rooms in the main building are better ? Not sure if I would stay here again

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean & stylish. Reasonable prices for the on-site restaurant and room service. The room was immaculately clean and well stocked with toiletries. It was too cold for the pool, but it looked clean with plenty of loungers. The room and grounds look like the photos on the listing.

My husband and I checked in extremely late, I would say between 130-200 am. I was very hyper due to overexhaustion, and the girl behind the desk was so kind to me and my husband. She did not lack for information and was extremely courteous. if I ever come back to San Diego again I will definitely stay at this hotel!
