The showers had no safety strips in them to prevent falls, and I fell in the shower and tore the ligament in my left wrist. Eight weeks post visit. I am still trying to get my wrist back to normal. When it was reported to the front desk, their comment was is the management knows about this, but they haven't taken care of it. This is more negligence than anything, but overall the hotel and staff was great.

Great stay, close to everything we wanted to do. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the first day we checked-in the comforter and sheets were dirty, they had to come and change them and also it was so hot. They fixed it after we told them about it.

Super cute hotel with the best 9th floor bar! I am not local so I just happened to stumble across this hotel, mainly for the price and good reviews. I was taken back when I saw the 9th floor bar, you can see into the stadium. Not at full view but it’s definitely decent. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, rooms are spacious too. 10/10 recommend.

Cigarette burns in the bed. Black tar marks on the walls. And to kick it off construction next to the room at 6 am. Disclose this stuff. 850 dollars waisted. Single mom who needed a quiet time due to major home issues. I just paid for more.

This property was absolutely incredible. The staff was incredible. Super friendly and helpful.! Wish I got the guys name but he was tall and skinny with black hair. Wonderful guy. He worked the front desk. The valet service was great and the whole place was clean! The rooftop bar was outstanding.! Being able to watch a Padre Game from up top was incredible. My only issue I had was there are TONS of homeless people walking about. Smelling up the street with pee. Wish that can change soon. But other than that, GREAT! perfect location if you plan on going to Petco Park.
