Front desk was very friendly… the lady who was there when we checked in about 1:45pm…forgot her name was great. Check in was fast … coffee was fresh at 6:30am..

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
It was awful. I requested my room to be serviced multiple times which they refused to do they kicked me out for asking for towels and wash clothes too much and threatened to call the police on me but would have nobody come clean my room. The male manager with the short haircut blatantly lied while we were talking jn the front office my friend and I felt as though he was being racist and bigoted towards us

I spilled my water on the floor. When I wiped it up the towel was filthy. The toilet leaked water . Room smelled musty. No coffee in room but coffee in lobby was very good

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived a little early but was checked in. When I came back at 11pm, I just drove and parked in front of my room and walked right in to a clean and ready room .

In the morning when I woke out on the light and sat in the toliet a cockroach ran across my foot. I went to the front desk to inform them. Awhile later, my toliet clogged. Again went to the front desk, she sent maintence: he walked through the room twice with toliet water spilling all over the floor from the items he used to unplug the toliet. So gross, I cleaned it up and asked for the Manager upon check out to discuss the cockroach and the mess. He was not available and I have not heard from the manager yet. I understand things happen, and maybe I was unlucky and ewww. I’m still grossed out by this mornings experience.
