Horrible experience, we couldn't stay the night. We checked in around 10:00 pm, lady in reception was friendly and polite but as soon as we walked in to the room, we saw it was full of cockroaches!!! I was traveling with my children and pregnant, there was no way we were going to spend the night there, we went to reception to inform the room condition and they offered to move me to another building and to check the room prior but it was not negotiable, I asked for a refund and lady at reception did not hesistate and refunded my money. We have booked at Motel 6 multiple times in multiple locations for quick family trips, but after yesterday never again.

The first time we visited this hotel it was great. This last visit was another story. We went out to walk our dogs and there was junkies shooting up. They seen us and left but dropped their used needles. This place needs security. We seen a lot of scummy people coming in and out.

The people were noisy above me. When leaving in the morning the whole first floor in the tower smelled like weed. The floor was dirty had to use wipes to clean off our feet. We travel a lot and this was not good place to stay. Kids running the hallway at 3am and waking up my daughter.
