Close to the night life! Great bed! A bit small, but hardly stayed in the room. Cannot stress enough the bed was amazing!

Rude staff - didn’t help with luggage (they shared they would put my luggage in my room for me), I could hear music and the bass from outside of my room and was told I would get a new room but didn’t - I probably would have been more comfortable in a holiday inn :(

Upon checkout I didn’t receive my checkout paperwork until about 5 hours after leaving via email. Upon checking the bill I noticed there were room charges for 85 dollars for various items from the mini bar that we never touched. Called the hotel and was informed that no manager was available until 4 days later. Once I finally spoke to the manager she went ahead and sent the credit for the charges back to my card, but the fact that fake charges were added and it took more than a week for the refund is wild. I will never stay here again

The good: Beautiful hotel, great decor, comfortable bedding, great food. The Bad: parking fee of $60 a night as a hotel guest is a rip off and the restaurant staff was beyond unfriendly, they looked so annoyed every time someone walked in the door, took forever to acknowledge us, the female worker would completely ignore us whenever we tried to get her attention. Took our order and never made our drinks. Elevator gate is very heavy, they need someone to help guest get in when they have luggage

Not a great hotel
An “historic” building so quirky rooms that are not for business travelers or for anyone that likes quiet or daylight. AC units very noisy and don’t get room very cool. Saw three rooms and all face interior air shafts. So stuffy. No desks and one little garbage can is bathroom for a suite and a one bedroom, which was odd.

It was the perfect downtown experience. Lots of friendly and fun people having a great time. Great food and entertainment literally everywhere. Not to mention the comedy club right next door. The hotel was clean and inviting, and the staff was amazing and accommodating. It was simply Awesome!
