I am cost sensitive and that is why I booked this Hotel. I understand you get what you pay for, but this was the beyond that. Spend the extra $20 a night to get a better place to stay.

Sorry to report, this place is a complete dump. It is dirty. My room had no towels or water, and the TV had been removed with only the cables remaining from the wall. There were drunk / drugged people talking loudly in the common area until after 3:00 AM. I would NEVER stay here again and I recommend Expedia remove it from the listings.

To summarize my review this hotel is far below 1 star rating in cleanliness, (health inspector should stop by) The staff is a 2 star rating could be more professional and be a little more urgency stood around for 20 minutes before someone came to the front. Amenities rating 0 because they have NONE. PARKING less than favorable Location is PRIME!!! Over all the price is for like a decent room at an extented stay. But it falls far below meeting those expectations. The location of this hotel is Prime. However this cleanliness of this hotel is Far below a 1 star rating. This hotel is in need of some serious upgrades. Its family owned which is always nice to support however they would SERIOUSLY benefit from hiring a MAID, AND A REAL MAINTENANCE guy. They clean the rooms themselves and they gave me an absolutely horrible smelling room, with holes in walls, mold in bathroom and in the mini fridge, tons of dead insects (spiders, other bugs) left smashed to walls on top of tv, and in drawers. The room has a horrible smell. There is such much i could tell you that went wrong after check in but im sure you get the point. If you dont the cleanliness of the room and are just going for location i suggest this hotel if not then I suggest looking for other accommodations.

My room did not have a TV, or refrigerator, and the A/C did not work very well. I told the staff, he was supposed to check with the boss about give me a discount that night. No update that night or the next morning, I'll be contacting my credit card company.

It was a good location, but we had an older room that hadn’t been updated. Also our king bed was not in the proper position? So the 2nd day we turned it properly so our feet weren’t hanging over the bed. It was quiet & we could walk around easily.

After checking we arrived to our room at 11pm where the door was completely open and looked like it was being used by staff. There was trash in the hotel room and it reeked of curry. The hotel room curtains were completely torn. The refrigerator had mold in it and the floor was filthy. Asked for a refund and immediately checked out.

READ THIS! Normally I don't trust all negative reviews cause there's always going to be "Karen's" but trust me... DO NOT stay here. I don't honestly know where to start. Parking is horrible only a few spots under the hotel and the dip to get down and out is ridiculous, the spots are so tight and hard to maneuver. When entering the "lobby" it's very clear this wasn't a good idea. When we got up to our room we were disgusted. It was so dirty, no blanket on the bed, no pillowcases, one of the pillows had a blood stain. The curtains were hanging and falling off holes throughout. The bathroom was gross, doors chipping, towels small, old, odd colors. Toilet broke, seat didn't fit. Mirror broke. Everything was Dusty and disgusting. We switched rooms to one that looked better. The toilet wouldn't stop running after inspecting myself there was something in the tank preventing the flap from going down. I had to use a trash bag to get it out it was gross, no idea what it was. When trying to get towels in the morning cause there's no bath mat no one answered the window door bells or the phone ever. The sink stopper wouldn't stay up and the AC barely worked. 3 out of 5 outlets in the room didn't work which included both nightstands with the lamps etc and the wifi didn't work either. This was a poorly run beat down crap hotel. I honestly will never stay at a cheap Inn again to and a buck. Mind you it was a 4 night stay for the 4th so was trying to save money for food etc. NEVER AGAIN!

a bit disappointing.
On arrival I was given keys to a room already occupied as I discovered when I walked in the room. When I got keys to the right room, the TV wasn't working, the remote was missing, the cable box had no power supply. 20 minutes later I had a TV that I could only adjust using buttons on the tv, tough when you just want to surf a little before sleeping. The TV had some sort of muck all over the screen which I didn't dare try to clean off, the shelves were covered in thick (not cleaned in months dust). The elongated toilet had a round seat on it, however it was clean and stocked. The towels were small and cheapest quality possible. The bed was VERY firm, I thought at first it was just box springs, but was actually comfortable, and the sheets were crisp and clean so kudos there. Wouldn't take much effort to bump from poor to acceptable condition, but I won't be visiting again.

My goodness, where do I start? I do not recommend this motel. This place was horrible. Dirty, dirty and filthy. Yuck a million times. I almost fell through the bathroom floor to the bottom floor. This place should be condemned. The refrigerator is not frost free. It looked like it had not been defrosted in ages. Inside the fridge was dirty with food stains and who knows what. The microwave was filthy dirty. Floors needed sweeping and mopping. Bath tub was charcoal dirty. Very disgusting . I can go on. I took a lot of pictures of the dirty room. The window curtains…. Oh my,, they were cut to fit the window and the thread was unraveling.

A less expensive place to stay but nice
Lesser expensive place to stay. Need was firm but comfortable. AC worked fine. Bathroom all worked. Hot water was good. The bathroom was as well cleaned as I would expect. Some hair was on the floor and in the shower. Nothing excessive but... Parking in the garage is limited and a very tight fit.

Wife and I have stayed here a few times. It's not the best and the price reflects that. This last trip though, the room was so dirty I was grossed out; this place has really gone downhill quickly. There was rice, dog food, hair, goo, dirt, all over the floors. The room smelled... bad. We brought up our concerns up to the front desk, who responded "What do you want me to do about it?" Just running a broom through the room would have been a 100% improvement, but as it was, I didn't want to take my shoes off. We moved to a different hotel, something I've never done before. On the way out, the front desk person was sitting in a car full of people in the tiny garage smoking something with all the windows rolled up. We paid at the property and I'm now trying to get our money back. Don't stay here.
