Extremely Disappointing Stay at The Dana
I recently stayed at The Dana and had an incredibly frustrating experience. From the start, the front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. But the real issue came when I discovered my room was missing toilet paper. I called the front desk FOUR times over the course of FIVE hours to request it, but nothing was delivered. In the end, I had to leave the hotel, drive to a local grocery store, and buy toilet paper myself. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid for my stay. I expected much better service from a hotel of this caliber. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that future guests don’t have to deal with such poor service.

Really nice hotel with beautiful water views. Beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet at Firefly restaurant was good and the staff were really nice. Only one complaint is their is only one laundry room on thd hotel site and if you are staying in room number in the 1000 range you have to walk over to the other side of the buildings to use the laundry room. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

They really thought if everything answered the phone right sway housekeeping came and hit the spider in the wall right away plenty of plush towels and nice shampoos and body wash fluffy pillows clean sheets my temperature setting was perfect when we arrived my husband and I has beach view breathtaking
