Go somewhere else!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! When you get there, they tell you parking is off site at another garage. They charge you $25 a night for parking, so we paid $50 for our two nights. We utilized the trolley system while there, so we knew we wouldn’t be moving the car. The front desk person gave us tickets for the garage to get out (since we paid through the hotel) and when we left on Sunday the tickets were expired and we had to pay an additional $60 to get out of the garage. When I called to resolve the issue, no one answered the phone for almost 5 hours. I finally reached someone and he basically said the garage should have been called. I’ll definitely be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and on all reputable sites. While in the room, there were hairs on the toilet and in the bed. There was also blood smeared in the toilet/shower area and other crusty looking things on the wall. The walls are extremely thin, so if you’re a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The beds are lumpy and the AC is very loud. The one perk to this hotel is it’s next to all the restaurants and farmers market on Saturday. But so are many other, much nicer hotels for around the same price if not a little more. This is more of a MOTEL using “boutique” to sound nicer than it is.

Right in the heart of Little Italy. Very noisy air conditioner and the bed frame was metal and made a loud noise every time we got in or out of bed.

Convenient location for little Italy with plenty of food choices and more so when the market is on. Parking is fine, it a couple of blocks away and felt safe walking there and back. lots of dogs on their walks bonus! The hotel itself is clean and presentable with working lift it's the rooms that are weird. Although the mattress is comfortable the frame is like a metal box it made so much noise when we sat on it or moved and we're not that heavy. The sink in the room is weird- it's not a European thing. AC was very loud and clunky, it's the type that sits in the window, it didn't seem to be sealed in the window so noise leaked through. Our room overlooked a back alley for which staff from a restaurant (?) sat in to watch videos, chat and have their break. They are noisy at all time of the day (but hey they are on their break) with the lack of seal around the AC unit it felt like they were in the room with us. Everything is starting to feel old in the room. Big bonus for the massive fridge... Its an ok hotel in a convenient location that delivers the minimum in comfort.

It is a nice hotel that is clean & adequate since we are only in our room to sleep. It was great that they include a fridge, microwave & safe. Our room 206 was a bit noisy because the maintenance equipment was right by our door so it was noisy when the staff needed to get supplies & equipment. Walls are a bit thin because you can hear neighbors talking if they are a bit loud.

I loved this hotel but I booked this hotel because of it location and it having a gym. It was advertised on hotel.com as having a gym association and it doesn’t and hasn’t for a while now. This was false advertising and I feel like it was a bait and switch. Not fair
