House problems
The house is cozy and in a great location. We had some problems because the TV didn’t work, the AC was doing a horrible noise and we couldn’t sleep, the AC in the living room didn’t work. We wrote the manager who said was going to send someone to fix it, they never showed up. We complained again and nothing happened. When we left, we forgot one charger, it took them a week to write us back saying the team didnt find anything at the house, which was clearly a lie.

Annual Family Trip
We visit San Diego once a year and every year we try and get closer to the beach. This place was perfect. We didn’t use our rental car at all we walked everywhere we needed to go. Spent one day on the bayside and the other day at mission beach. Walked to local market for some groceries and checked out a few local coffee shops. Easy walk to Belmont park. Great playgrounds nearby also. We hope to come back again.

Active Ant Problem
Cute house and great location. Horribly managed. Checked in to find ant traps all over the kitchen, which to me means they are aware of the ant problem but chose to not give me this information ahead of time. Someone called me that night with promises to fix the issue only to never hear from him again. Heard from another person 2 days later (finally) only to make false promises. I was told I would be compensated and literally NEVER heard from anyone again. Also-the floors were so filthy that we couldn’t walk around barefoot. This is hard for me to post this as I’ve never given a bad review before, but I feel like future travelers should be aware of this. I won’t ever rent a home managed by Vacasa again.

Perfect family stay
Nothing but praise for this house. Excellent location only 50 steps from the bay and two minute walk to the beach. Half a mile to Belmont park. Full decked kitchen and great patio. Only thing I would change would be the queen mattress in room with the bunk beds, it's old and you sink in. Other than that perfect stay. Would definitely come back.

Great location but.....
The property location was perfect and in close proximity to Sea World and the Zoo. Having A/C was a discriminating factor in selecting this property but all three A/C units were noisy making gurgling sounds whether on or off and disruptive when awake or trying to sleep. Also the floors were not super clean --- recommend not going barefoot.

Wonderful!
Our family gathered here from different parts of the country. The location allowed us to easily walk to see the sunset on the ocean, and have a fire at night (portable fire pit) on the bay while watching fireworks . We biked, surfed, traveled up the beautiful coastline! 710 beach rentals made sure everything went smoothly with clear communications. The bedding was white, clean, fresh. The kitchen was well appointed. Nice beach chairs and toys, and boards. It was great to have a parking space plus we were lucky enough to find parking out front when our sin visited. Great time!

Could Have Been Perfect - But...........
This is a very nice rental with higher end appliances and appointments located perfectly to access the beach or bay. However, we encountered so many problems that our overall experience was dampened significantly. Examples include bedroom blinds that wouldn’t lower, loose toilet seats, refrigerator filter that needed changing, refrigerator programmed incorrectly to 46 degrees, bathroom sinks that would not drain because of excessive hair and crud, a filthy oven, and upholstered furniture in bad need of cleaning or replacement. All of these items should have been noticed and corrected prior to telling us the property was ready for check-in. On a positive note, the management company was very responsive to the problems called to their attention during their business hours, but we took care of the others ourselves. We also encountered WiFi failures. The equipment is located in a different rental unit making it necessary to contact the management company. They corrected the problems when it was during their business hours and the other times we were just out of luck. Even though the management company was very responsive, there were just too many problems and we would not stay in another VRBO managed by 710 Rental Company.

Great location
While not a normal vacation in the midst of a pandemic, we enjoyed a change of scenery. The house was in a great location-- easy walk to the beach, the market, grabbing take out or hitting a restaurant. Great fit for my family and reminded us that we need to get back to San Diego more often. Would rent there again for the location and ease to activities.

We rented both units for a family weekend. This lower level unit was perfect for my elderly mother and mother-in-law. There was plenty of space for my mother to move around with her walker and they were both very happy with everything provided. The beds are heavenly!

Perfect getaway
This house was adorable and such a great location! My husband and I spent 5 days there with our 7 month old and it was perfect. The house was very clean upon arrival, easy to find, and quiet. We had upstairs neighbors but never heard them once. The only thing to keep in mind is the tight parking, we had a Tahoe and made it work but if it was me driving it (and not my husband) I probably would have bailed and found street parking haha. We plan on making this our annual spot, we liked being in south mission where it wasn’t so busy, yet still close enough to walk to Belmont to pick up our bike rentals for the week! Can’t say enough good things about it!

Great location, lovely stay!
The house is beautifully done, with a cool beach vibe, and nicely outfitted with everything we needed. Great location, about 30 seconds walk to the bay, and 3 minutes walk to the beach. We enjoyed eating, and hanging out on the patio, and used the grill outside to cook one night. The staff was quick to respond when we had a question or problem. Just two issues: The floor needs a good scrubbing. Perhaps because of the dark color of the tile, dirt was not noticed by the cleaning staff, but our feet got pretty dirty right away when walking barefoot. Lastly, we had a problem with the air conditioning in one of the rooms in that it made a random, but often frequent and sleep-interrupting sound. A staff member came quickly to inspect, was very competent and polite, and even fixed the ice machine while she was there. However, the air conditioning problem may have been misinterpreted by the technical staff, as it was deemed to be operating correctly. We felt strongly that it was not working properly because the other two units in the house did not have the same problem, nor does our identical unit at home. But overall, a lovely stay.

Just as advertised!
This place is exactly what it says it is! Excellent location, literally a block away from both the bay AND the ocean. Lovely and clean home with stylish furnishing and nice appliances. There are beach chairs and umbrella for use, which was so handy. I had never been to San Diego so I had thought we would be spending a lot more time traveling to the sights around the city, but nothing is very far away! Quick drive to the zoo, to Old Town, to downtown (at least compared to Dallas/Ft Worth where everything is over 30 min away). Plus it was easy to get to the coastal roads that took us up North to Carlsbad (a good 45 min drive with no stops), and that was the highlight of our trip. We appreciated the little toiletries that made it feel like a hotel, the little amenities in the kitchen like ziplock bags and seasonings, and the extra pillow and blanket in the closet just in case. My only recommendations to the owners would be 1) allow the a/c limit to be a degree lower. 2) slightly more comfortable couch for tv watching. 3) one or two more firm pillows rather than all super soft ones Would recommend this place to anyone!
