Second bathroom with shower cabin. Large cellar-cavity carved into the rock of the mountain.
Two parking spaces with exclusive competence. Automatic gate on the access road, which runs along the sea and the mountains, up to the historic center of San Felice Circeo. Two hundred meters from the district, next to the Hotel Punta Rossa, descent to the sea with a comfortable path up to the rocks. With the car you can reach the sandy and equipped beaches near the town of San Felice.
