We had a one night stay here due to an early flight the next day. We arrived at the hotel and greeted and checked in by a lovely girl at the front desk. Unfortunately when we arrived in our room, the room was not cleaned or ready for guests. After walking back down to reception, this was quickly rectified with an apology and new room. This hotel was super practical with a large room and clean amenities. The only thing was it was quite noisy with people coming and going during the night for flights, which is to be expected for an airport hotel. The airport shuttle was a bonus at 4am in the morning.

It was a quick stay for an overnight for a flight in the am. The room needs a little TLC they toilet seat is broken and shifts and the lights flickered. For one night it was okay.

You get what you pay for
There was a lot of airport noise and the hotel was not insulated sufficiently against it. The neighborhood itself is a little sketchy. I wouldn't want to walk outdoors near there. The furniture was worn. Everything was dated. It appeared to be clean and this was certainly an inexpensive alternative. The shuttle bus was full when I got on and the driver exceeded the speed limit so I didn't feel quite safe.

It was great for a quick overnight stop. Convenient to the airport but the flip side is that it’s noisy with planes overhead. The shuttle doesn’t run all day and it didn’t work for us when we landed and we had to cab it, but was prompt in the morning.

Stayed 5 nights, the linen was changed every other day only. Housekeeping doesn't clean like they should. They take the trash out daily so that was good. TV in my room only worked sometimes.

Great hotel!
This hotel was pretty great. I had a car but had zero interest in parking in San Francisco, so being able to walk to a BART stop was a big plus. Parking at the hotel was very easy. Room was clean and comfortable. You are right next to the airport, so planes will be taking off and landing almost in the backyard. Just something to bear in mind. I will absolutely stay here again.

Never again!
Every footstep anyone took outside of our room was heard. Loud stomps and doors slamming shut literally all night, so neither of us could sleep at all. The first room we were in had a caved in bed with no cushion to speak of on the mattress, and the room has a strong unpleasant odor. We switched rooms but couldn’t get away from the stomping and slamming noise. The plane noise was constant, but that was a treat compared to the stomping and door slamming that kept us from any sleep.
