This hotel is an older building with lots of character. It is very clean, friendly and quiet. Staff are very helpful and there is parking. Only a few minutes away from the airport. We would go there again

Very nice property in such a busy area. Staff person at desk helped me with getting my bags from my car to the elevator!!! Comfy bed and I really appreciated the amazing value of this hotel!!!

The TV was broken, the water pressure was terrible, the shampoo/conditioner/soap was beyond terrible (I felt more dirty using them), the toilet would run or not flush, and the elevator was broken. The place was clean, close to the airport, and had parking but i would not stay there more than one night.

Friendly and comfortable
Staff was super friendly and accommodating even when we got there super late at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The area was nice. I walked a block to Starbucks that morning, and it was very nice.

the motel was just ok. things we noticed was a lack of hand soap in the rooms with only one bar being provided. also there was only one mirror in the room which had to be shared while getting ready to go out.

I love this place. Reasonably priced. Very clean. Rooms are spotless. No carpets. Comfy beds. Close to the airport. Safe free parking. They provide toothbrushes. Nearby is a great Mexican bakery for breakfast

It’s a great tiny hotel. Overall a great experience, I like it. I booked it because it’s near the San Bruno Caltrain station, and also near the airport. It’s 12 minutes walk to the Caltrain station. Check the train’s schedule before you go, it’s about 30 minutes per train. The room is spacious and clean, it’s very open view in my room.

I checked in late but still they accomodate me. I would suggest if the guest ask for late checked out please give them a very descent price $60 for for 3-4 hours extension is not reasonable. But overall the property and staff are polite and friendly.

clean and bright, for the win!
larger than average room, decent desk, actual bright lights, effective A/C, working locks, firm bed, clean surfaces, a nice paint job on walls...this was pretty darn good for the price. there's a two-story glass-roofed enclosed atrium with cute tables for a snack you bring in. Minor critiques include no kleenex (we didnt ask for them, being just a short overnight... might just have been a small oversight) and a spotted shower curtain, but they provided plentiful single-use and multi-use soap/etc toiletries, a plus. With gas on the way to the airport and just 1.5mi to go, this is a winner.
