The completely renovated property occupies a panoramic position within an estate of olive groves and vineyards, boasting an entrancing view of the famous towers of San Gimignano 4 km away. The characteristic architecture enables guests to experience a specifically Tuscan atmosphere. Within the estate there is a nice garden with meadows, ancient trees, terraces and comfortable outdoor areas. The swimming-pool is in a sunny panoramic position. The farmer lives in an independent house with its own outdoor area. The skilful renovation of the premises has fully preserved the typical rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and open-beamed ceilings. The furnishing is rustic and comfortable completed by several antique pieces. Internet adsl free Wi-Fi. Mosquito net. Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m). This was our second villa rental in the San Gimignano area, our first at Alessandro's villa and it was amazing! Alessandro was very responsive and helpful from the moment we booked the year prior, until the day we checked out. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room. The villa has every amenity you might need during your stay. At check in Alessandro provided us with helpful information about the surrounding area. The villa is in a beautiful setting surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, the outdoor space is very nice and the location of the pool on the property has the most spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside. The pool and air-conditioning was a must for us as it was very hot during our end of August stay. We also enjoyed two delicious meals prepared by his chefs which we highly recommend. Thank you Alessandro.

Even better than the photos!
The photos don’t even do this place justice, it is so stunning and much more spacious than it seems in the photos. I went with my family of five people and it was a great amount of space. The pool views are particularly beautiful. It is in a great spot if you have a car to go visit the nearby towns. San Gimignano is insanely charming. Alessandro was a great host and had excellent recommendations for us during the stay. The internet was a bit spotty so keep that in mind if you need it to work. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

We were a group of 10 family members, 9 adults and a 7 month old. The villa had everything we needed for everyone. The pool was spectacular as the weather was very hot. The property was beautiful. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. -Everything was perfect!

This villa is spacious has all the facilities you need and plenty of different corners for you to spread out into to enjoy the sun, the views and the peace. The views from the property, the pool in particular, are stunning. Alessandro keeps this place spotless, including the pool. His attention to you as a guest is faultless, being on hand to answer any queries and meet reasonable needs. He shopped for a few essential items for us so they were there when we arrived late. He was flexible and understanding when our flight was delayed. It's a lovely, peaceful spot within easy reach of San Gimignano. I highly recommend it!

Incredible stay in Tuscan paradise
From the moment of booking Alessandro helped make our Tuscan stay absolutely magical. He was probably the most responsive host we’ve ever had. We were 3 couples and 4 kids and the property couldn’t have been better for our group. From the indoor and outdoor seating areas to the gorgeous pool where we spent most of our days. Our visit to Tuscany was beyond our expectations! Thanks to Alessandro our host! The Villa was so perfect for the family, they came in groups of 12, then 9 , and had a great time with us at the property! Pool was a big hit! Wonderful property in a beautiful setting
We were a large family group and had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The facilities were excellent with plenty of room, and wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside from the swimming pool. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. Postcard Perfect Setting, Comfortable Accommodations
If you've got an image in your head of the Tuscan countryside, you will not be disappointed. The views from this property could star in a tourism campaign. The house is extremely comfortable and each room has a private, ensuite bathroom. The outdoor areas are wonderful for al fresco dinners and watching the sunset with an Aperol Spritz in hand. Our host, Alessandro, is well organized and has anticipated every need and every question -- from restaurant recommendations to wine tastings.

Fabulous Family Villa near San Gimignano
We had a wonderful week stay, we had 6 adults and there was private bedroom and bathroom for everyone. House has a large dinning for 10-12 people with large windows to view the surrounding vineyards. Lovely terrace off the dinning room to seat and take in the Tuscan sun and listen to the birds. Ample kitchen with everything you need to cook a family mean. We had the host arrange for a local chef to come and cook for us one night. Another night we had a chef come from Luca for a 4 course cooking class and diner. If you want a place in the middle of Tuscany this is the place. It’s approx 2.5 miles to center of San Gimignano and easy to park in one of the 4 city paid lots. The Host was 5 Stars all the way. He live in the adjacent house and is extremely quick to respond to any request.

Most fantastic location and place!
This was the most remarkable place with a short 10 minute drive to San GiMignano. The accommodations were outstanding. So clean and had everything we needed. The views of SanG and the towers was so unreal. The grounds were surrounded by wine and olive vineyards that were picturesque beyond words. There was a wine tasting vineyard within a 5 minute walk. We also had Allesandro book a professional chef come in to cook a 5 course dinner. Absolutely the best. We originally wanted to stay within the wals of SanG but were so thrilled to find this place. Best decision ever. Our suggestion is to just book it you will not be disappointed. Thanks Allesandro you are the best

The PERFECT Tuscan vacation!
We stayed in this lovely - and lovingly renovated - farmhouse for three weeks. My husband and I for the entire time, with a rotating cast of family and friends. With 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, the pool and multiple outdoor spaces, everyone had both social and private spaces. Alessandro couldn’t have been a more perfect and gracious host; very responsive and accommodating. The view from the property across vineyards to San Gimignano is stunning and the place is so peaceful, yet the town is an easy 7-minute drive town. We would all highly recommend the property for a memorable family vacation!

Our Tuscany Stay
This property accommodated our group (4 couples) beautifully for 5 nights. Alex was very easy to communicate with prior to arrival and throughout our stay. Fortunately, the weather was so beautiful, we were able to use the pool every day and watch the sunset…magnificent! We made arrangements with Alex to have a meal prepared at the villa which was well worth it! The ladies were awesome and did a great job. Our Italian Dreams trip included 16 days in Italy. The Villa offered us a chance to unwind and relax together during our time there.

We had a group made up up three families. The kids and adults all enjoyed the villa and the pool. The location is outstanding but also a great place to stay if you want to visit many of the other amazing tuscan towns!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation
This villa was the perfect choice for our family. Alessandro greeted us on our first day and showed us the property and answered any questions we had. Throughout the week he was available for questions. My husband wanted to rent a guitar and Alessandro generously lent him his guitar for the week. On our 3rd night we had Alessandro’s aunt come and cook us a traditional Tuscan meal. Everything was exceptional. If we had more time we would have scheduled her for an additional night. The views from the house are breathtaking. We used the pool daily, which was perfect after visiting some of the other nearby towns. There is nothing negative about this property. We would definitely come back. Loved everything about it!

A wonderful stay
Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Allessandro took wonderful care of us and is a gracious host. Our family of 8 (and 11 for two nights) had plenty of space. The pool & view can’t be beat. It’s stunning. A direct view of San Gimignano, rolling hills, vineyards and fabulous sunsets. San Gimignano is approximately 10 minutes away by car. We did hire a chef (with help from Allessandro) to prepare a dinner for 11 ppl and it was delicious. Highly recommend for a night or two. This house was great Tuscan experience.

We first went to Rome and Florence. We saved the villa for last. And we were right to do this. The villa location, near San Gimignano, was perfect. Beautiful rolling hills of grape vines and olive trees. It was wonderfully quiet and private. After the fast life in the cities of Rome and Florence, the Villa was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy.

We stayed the entire month of May with our two children, their spouses and our four grandchildren (ages 9 months to almost 6 years old). Best vacation ever. Alessandro and Chiara were excellent hosts. The house was spacious and charming with spectacular views. Everything was perfect - flowers everywhere, large, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with lovely linens and comforters, nice towels and a bathroom for each family, lots of indoor and outdoor eating spaces, and windows with screens in each bedroom to throw open for sleeping in the night air and listening to the owls and frogs. Here was a typical day in this paradise: Wake up to the rooster next door and the doves cooing Gaze out the bedroom window at the towers of San Gimignano Downstairs for fresh coffee and a walk up the drive to the adjoining Teruzzi vineyard with a hilltop view of the sunrise to the east and San Gimignano to the south Watch the workers start their day in the grapes Home for breakfast and then off to explore the hilltop towns and castles in Volterra, Siena, Monteriggioni, Cortona Lunch at one of the fabulous restaurants Back home for naps and dreams of knights chasing dragons Afternoons at our pool or drives to local wineries (walk down the road to Teruzzi where Luana and Ester were the most gracious hosts) Quick stop at the Coop in town for cheese, more wine and t-bones for the charcoal grill (or a 5 star Tuscan meal by Alessandro's aunt) Sunsets with postcard views from the pool

Lazzarona was perfect for our group of friends (5 couples) It is a very central location for day trips and just a 10 minute drive from San Gimignano. The pool was a little cool but very refreshing. Our host was nearby but never invasive to our privacy. And was very responsive to anything we needed.. All in all a great property in the heart of Tuscany.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful villa
This was the perfect vacation rental for us and we loved our stay! We were two families traveling together the first time (4 adults & 6kids) The Villa was great, very clean, spacious and had everything we need. The pool was fantastic; we are still trying to figure out how it stayed cool and refreshing baking under the beautiful Tuscan sun in repeated 90 degree days ;-) ? Alessandro was an outstanding host. His communication was fast and very help. He gave wonderful suggestions and helped us make reservations. He lives on the property and was always polite and respectful. Alessandro went above and beyond when my youngest son forgot his favorite toy fox - Alessandro mailed it to the USA for him!! Thank you! We would def recommend this villa and just hope we are fortunate to return someday!

A perfect villa for a family
