The staff at the front desk was very helpful; let me pay the following day after I had gone to a bank (hotel does not take credit cards) and ordered me a taxi for an early morning departure. My room was small but the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom was large and also very clean. Lots of bath towels were provided. Several previous reviews mention noise, but I found it very quiet even on Easter Sunday. It is one block to a lovely, sandy beach and about 3 blocks to a street with several good restaurants/coffee bars. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers and would happily stay at this hotel again.

More Fawlty Towers than Holiday from Hell!
Nice Hotel, nice friendly staff, particularly a young Moroccan waiter who spoke the best English and provided excellent bar service and a few laughs. Hotel spotlessly clean in all areas - both public and bedrooms. Room we had was small and adequate but bathroom required contortionist skills to get in the shower as you had to get over the loo to get in it................provided us with loads of laughs and no serious injuries. Air conditioning worked well but could be a bit noisy at times but nothing keeps me awake after sea air and a couple of beers. Biggest problem was the smell of drains which occasionally wafted through and I genuinely don't think this was down to the hotel as the smell on occasion permeated the whole town....................we got used to it and most locals did not seem to notice so perhaps just us being picky

Having showed us to our room we complained that the double bed was very small so, without hesitation, we were given an alternative room that was more to our Liking. For the money this was a very good hotel with aircon in bedroom, and very comfy beds.

For the money this was good value. However there was a terrible smell through the whole trip in our room (sewers/drains) The towels smelt of foist so we couldn’t use them. I asked for another pillow as there was only one and was told by the receptionist he did not have access to any. Luckily our room was just to sleep in and nothing else so it was fine, I used my towels to make my one pillow higher and also used my beach towels to shower with. Besides that the room was as fine, if had no a/c but I knew that before hand. The room was small but adequate for what I needed. It did have great WiFi though.

Nice street hotel close to beach, a little noisy at times and lacked additional facilities such as tea/coffee in the room but on the whole a pleasant stay and staff were very helpful.

You get what you pay for.
Other peoples hairs on the bedding. Someone (saying he lived there!) shouting and banging on doors in the middle of the night. Food not the best. Polite and friendly staff. Good selection of free toiletries. Cheap.

This is a 2 star hotel, the overnight charge is very low, so the rating allows for this. Communication with reception was a struggle, because unusually in Spain few staff spoke English. Hotel is in a great location in a small town, distance from hotel door to the beach is approx 100M. Rooms are small, sufficient space for bed, desk, wardrobe and fridge, but that's about it. No space to sit or relax. Very few rooms have a balcony. I have stayed twice in the winter, place is clean, free parking on the street outside, reasonable restaurant in the hotel, several nice restaurants within 100M walk. On my first stay there was a heating problem which took a while to sort out, on the second stay there was no hot water in the shower and it took two days to be sorted. However the location and price mean that I will return.

Lovely little hotel
Fabulous value at this little gem of a hotel in lovely Santiago de Ribera. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, nice room with fridge, large flat screen tv, no English channels but husband enjoyed the footie! Super position handy for beach, shops & restaurants. Hotel restaurant was disappointing, but plenty of places to eat. Will definitely come back.

Short stay at end of March
Basic but clean hotel in a great location. The hotel is undergoing an update with new curtains, bedding, new mirrors in rooms etc. Breakfast basic but adequate, hotel restaurant serves lovely Spanish food at a reasonable price. We found the service really good and would recommend for a couple of nights stay but wouldn't want to stay there for a week or more due to lack of a balcony. We visited at the end of March and the town was very quiet with very few bars and restaurants open. Overall great place if you are travelling around Spain or need a hotel near Murcia airport

El alojamiento era perfecto para nosotros, fuimos para el Festival de Jazz de San Javier y nos gusta ir andando desde la playa hasta el recinto (unos 40 minutos). La habitación era muy limpia, camas comodísimas (siempre llevo mi propia almohada así que no puedo comentar sobre las del hotel), una buena nevera pequeña... Nuestra habitación (la 205) era bastante silenciosa ya que daba al interior y no se escuchaba para nada las calles. Lo único que no nos gustó es que no se podía regular el aire acondicionado de la habitación, por lo menos no de la nuestra. No nos gusta para nada el aire acondicionado y la habitación siempre estaba demasiado fría, incluso apagando el mando de la pared. Aparte de eso, hemos estado muy a gusto, y hemos descansado muy bien, eso sí, tapándonos con las mantas 😁.

Très bel accueil et l’hôtel est bien situé. Par contre, c’est vraiment dommage que la salle de bain soit aussi petite (accès au wc et la douche très difficile).
