Very nice place to relax, very secure, food was good, pool was refreshing. We were unable to figure out how to get hot water out of shower however. But overall a good experience and good value.

O hotel é lindo, limpo, ambiente super agradável. Nosso único ponto é que quando chegamos, havia um grupo grande hospedado e com isso, parece que a prioridade foi o grupo. Nosso café foi servido no quarto ( o que não foi problema algum), porém a recepção e o restaurante só funcionam até as 20 ou 21 hs, ficando após esse horário, sem pessoas para atendimento. O grupo na primeira noite ficou fazendo festa com música alta e na piscina até 1 hora da madrugada, e não tínhamos com quem reclamar, no whatsapp do hotel ninguem respondeu (apesar de estarem online). No dia seguinte fiz a reclamação junto a recepção e o fato não ocorreu na noite seguinte. Outro ponto é que eles informam que não pode consumir nada de fora, porém com a recepção e restaurantes fechados, não existe condições de se pedir 1 água que seja. Esse é o ponto a melhorar, porém o local, quartos, limpeza são nota 10.

La atención de todo el personal es sobresaliente, sobre todo el personal del restaurante. La habitación suite es muy comoda y agradable, extrañamos que no hubiese café, te o aguas de cortesiay tampoco hay frigobar. Pero lo agradable del lugar, su tranquilidad y entorno lo compensan.
