Terrible stay.
Room condition was not comfortable at all. The lighting was poor. Carpet appeared dirty and had wet spots. Bathroom floor tile loose. Shower was stained. Overall, the hotel need exterior/interior repairs and remodeling. The picture on the website is very deceiving.

I WANT A MANAGEMENT LEVEL REPRESENTATIVE TO CALL ME ASAP PLEASE & Thank you! Ron McKeown (530)391-5445 We were told by on of Expedia’s associates that an email would be sent to the Caravelle Inn team and a late check in was not a problem… not true ! We received an email from the property that unfortunately, under no circumstances would check in be allowed after 11 pm . We were attending a Rolling Stones concert at that time and we unable respond until much later. We had two spend nearly 3 hours driving home in the middle of the night as a consequence !!! We demand a full refund and will once again remain your team that this property NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE ( even today ) Sincerely, Ron & Cindi McKeown

the room was very old and filled with very old furniture. It was dark, only one working light. no wi-fi serves. I asked the front desk, just told me try it again. went back again, couldn't do anything. People talking outside all night. cars making noise. very terrible experience.

The room smelled like urine and cigarettes. No mini fridge, no pool even though it's advertised.all cigarettes burns on blankets, dusty tv didn't work. Horrible room staff informed me the room wasn't great but was the only one left after Expedia didn't cancel my reservation correctly!!!! And booked only one room I got stuck with the room no one wants never again!!!

Shower did not work. Air conditioner did not work. I usually have no issues when I stay here and it was disappointing, especially in this heat. Front desk should not be afraid to let people know when those important things are not working, it was for Room 122.

We rented a room for 4 and got 2 towels. Asking for more towels was met with resistance. The place is run down inside and out. The room is very gloomy. Felt like I was in a vampire movie set.
