property is a very run-down and old motel. There were some suspious activities going there. Would not recommend this place

Advertised as "extended stay" but was anything but an extended stay. I've stay at regular hotels that were better than this. 2 towels, 1 hand towel, 1 floor towel and no wash clothes. All outlets except for 2 were used up, even had a nightstand lamp that couldn't be used since there were no outlets for it. Had to buy 2 power strips to charge my phone and use my computer. Internet was barely able to be used and I even turned it off on my phones it was so bad. It did have clean sheets, a comfortable bed and hot water.

I made a reservation and paid for 3 Adults! We got 2 small beds with mattresses. The room was smelly, 1 wooden chair, 1 small table, and 1 TV which did not work! No fridge, no Ice, no Vending Machine. 3 small towels. No room service, no fresh towels! I paid for 3 Nights, we left the Hotel after the first night for a cleaner l hotel with three beds nearby. NO REFUND! WORSE HOTEL OF MY LIVE!

This property had cockroaches in one room and I asked to be put into another room and it had them as well. The neighborhood is also very sketchy. A theft was happening at the time of checking. Very uneasy feeling.

My flight was delayed so I was unable to meet the 11:00 pm deadline to check in. No one answered the phone between 10:45 and 11 pm and they refused a refund of my four day stay. Would never book with them again.

It was convenient, steps away from the lightrail for easy transportation throughout the Bay area. A convenient store feet away. The Civic Center and a Park blocks away. What I didn't like was not able to find ice and non working vending machines.
