This hotel was old, dirty, and off-putting. I did not want my body or possessions to touch the floors. The carpets in the hallway were very dirty. The carpet in the room was dirty. It seemed as if the towels were leftover from a previous stay and not refreshed. I did not feel comfortable in this place at all. The only reason I stayed is because San Jose was highly booked while I was in town.

Needs renovation-old carpets with stains-I saw 2 forks in the hallways all 3 days I have been in Bathrooms are really old, need remodeling, stain in the wall, very loud AC The hotel does not offer complementary water, not even upon checking. They give you free cookie but a small water is 4$! Continental breakfast is overrated with very few options It is safe with parking (30$/night). Location is great however

I was surprised because for the price and my experiences I expected more. The conditions of the hotel are terrible. I did not sleep all night because it was hot and the worst thing is that the carpet on the entire 4th floor where I was, was horrible, it smelled like urine.

This hotel is clean enough, but is in serious need of updating. Decor appears to not have changed since maybe the 90's. Carpet is old. My air conditioner really struggled to cool down my room at all. Bed was decent, but the TV was also quite old with minimal channels and a channel guide that was still listing the Olympics which was over for a couple months by the time I stayed here. The place just needs an overhaul.

the room was dirty and the door handle was broken felt unsafe with my girls. the AC was so loud and you heard a rattling all night, i turned it off hoping noise would go away but it did not. the floors were dirty and smelled. took my girls to the pool and the all the chairs were stained and dirty.

The main lobby area is half decent but the rooms and hallways are outdated . No bar fridge in the room was told that you can rent one by the day. On the day I was leaving (5 am in the morning) had to have a cold shower (no hot water) This was on a Sunday. I had to get ice from a machine one floor above. Where the ice machine used to be (on my floor) there was a yellow pylon and the hook ups were still there. I asked an employee if it was months and he said more like years! The outdoor pool was not bad but the Hot Tub next to it had a sign that it was under repairs but all week i was there i did not see anyone working on it? The balcony was standing room only and the floor not the cleanest. The onsite parking was $30 US per day. The exist door on my end could use a little sweeping once in a while. Don't turn off AC as a stale musty odor sets in. The steak restaurant although it appeared on their main entrance sign outside and inside the lobby was apparently closed. I asked at the front desk and was told that it had gone out of business.When leaving i forgot my baseball cap so i called them at the front desk . they told me they had found the hat. I told them that my cousin who works in the area could pick it up for me. She went by the next day and they could not find it. I got an email from them telling me to go to a website where you have to sign up,file a claim and have it shipped? Could go on but I would not stay here again.
