hotel was in a good area and staff was friendly but is very outdated. shower water and faucet water also had a smell. room also needed to be cleaned.

More than expected.
Very clean and large (3 bed) room with desk, large bathroom and dining table with balcony. Walking distance from cathedral. Will stay again on next visit.

It is by far the best location in town. The hotel is in the plaza. Allows for easy access and allows you to enjoy late night festivities at your door step. Love this location. The hotel itself is a bit antiquated but the location makes up for it.

Personnel was not too friendly! The room was too boxed in with no view outside and because of the boxed in you could here every conversation from the other guests. We wished we could’ve known about the suites but not informed! Again, personnel was not friendly at all!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, the rooms were a different story. 1. The window of the room opened to the hallway of the hotel, the curtains were dirty and did not close completely so that a portion of the room could be seen from the hallway. 2. Water in the room only got luke warm 3. The wi-fi signal was only available in the lobby 4. From the room you can hear the noise in the lobby which started at about 6am and ended at about 10pm. 5. There is an overwhelming smell of mildew in the room

Perfect view of the cathedral!!!
It was an amazing experience !!! Very clean place friendly staff. The location was perfect for the family !!! Literally right in front of the cathedral, restaurants, and vendors. Can’t wait to go back !
