Good rental property. Only thing we didn't like was the stairs to reach second floor are steep and uneven. A bit dangerous going up/down with small children. Also there is a lot of stray dogs that camp out on the porch. One even had a really bad infection and left fluids that we had to disinfectant the patio.

Property was freshly painted inside and out. Furniture and appliances were new, all bedrooms had A/C fans in living room. Close to Doctor's Center Hospital, stores and restaurants.

Great stay!
This rental was great. It really is as the pictures show it to be. It's very spacious and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was definitely very helpful after coming back from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom were very spacious and clean. The driving distance to the airport and San Juan was reasonable. There were also some beautiful beaches close by. Overall, the stay was great, but the only downfall was that there are many stray cats and dogs in the neighborhood, and if you're a light sleeper you might not get much sleep. I stayed in one of the rooms upstairs and every night/ALL night the cats kept meowing and dogs barking, one night (3 - 4 am) there were also loud sounds as if a work truck was next door. Of course this is out of the host's control, but I would consider it if you need your sleep. Other than this, we loved staying at this home.

This property was above and beyond my expectations! The little things matter…lighter for the citronella candle to beach chairs and towels!! The pictures are accurate and the home is cozy and amazing! Air condition and fans ensure cooling comfort! The host was very efficient and accommodating! You will love this place! Quiet and safe area and close to local beaches and plazas. We got a rental and parking is onsite. I truly enjoyed my stay and will stay here again when I return!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality.
