This is a basic, bare bones facility. The hot water takes time to heat up, and they don't cool the rooms before renting them. When you arrive the room is hot and humid and it takes about 3 hours to cool down. There are no wash cloths in the bathroom and the doors to the rooms open with a regular house key. The parking is very limited. In my opinion it is very overpriced for what it offers.

Great stay for a few days
This is a small hotel however, it is very well maintained and organized. Itā€™s very cleaned and family friendly. I felt safe with my kids. This was an emergency booking because our original booking didnā€™t work so we were able to find this place and it was a great stay those few days. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a place for the night but donā€™t require much space. It does have a fridge and a microwave but the room space is somewhat limited. I feel itā€™s perfect for just a few nights for a family or itā€™ll start to feel cramped. However, if itā€™s just one or two adults maybe itā€™ll be better.

The lady at check in was amazing !!! I wish I had gotten her name but she went over and above to help us out when my son left his wallet on a taxi ! I want to give her a huge shout out !!! Thatā€™s Customer service at itā€™s finest !!!!

I liked that the area had a place to dine. I disliked the elevator not being in service the 1st day untill check out,the tv didnt work and there was barely anyone at the front desk. We had a cruise planned so it was nice they provided transport to the port which was about 10 mins away .
