Closet space size room with dirty shower
Rooms were small no windows felt like I was in a closet hair was all over the shower walls shower curtaining had red stuff and body fluids all over it dusk all over the walls in the corner. Thin comforter. Had to climb three flights of stairs with suitcase. Hard finding parking. TV internet was messing up. Floors are terrible with they get a little wet after a dirty shower. I was not satisfied and I have been booking with hotels.com for a long long time

Lots of stairs and Parties!
neware nor elevators. must carry you luggage up minimum 3 flights of stairs if on 2nd floor and 6 if on the 3rd floor. No 1st floor rooms. does have a nice roof top area to sit and enjoy the views. Owner said would help us get transportation next day to cruise ship at 10:00, however he didnt open until 10 and we waiting until 10:30and hecwas still not there and the guys in store didnt speak English. The worst part was on the return trip we had booked with him at same location. He said saidcwe could but our luggage in his store until rooms ready and site see etc until rooms were ready (2pm). We got dropped off with all our luggage at 9am and waited until 10:45 and his store never opened. We talked to a cab driver that knew a restaurant we could take our luggage and they will hold for free until 5pm. Then we went back at 2pm to get our rooms. Rooms are clean, confy, the TV did nit work. Then the people next door were playing loud music ALL night. We all had to go to airports at 2:45 am and the party next door stopped about the time I had to get up. Not a pleasent night. Noone to call about all the noise.

beware no elevators. You will have to lug you own luggage up 2 or 3 flights of stairs.Night before cruise we were on 3rd floor, when we returned from cruisexwere were booked there again and were on the 2nd floor. The rooms were just fine, clean etc.and we enjoyed the roof top. Service not so good.The guy that runs the hotel also runs the jewlery store next door. He said not to worries he would set up our transportation tovthe cruise terminal for 9:30 the next morning. Well his store was closed at didn’t open until 10 and by 10:30 he was still kot at work, so we ended up getting uber. He also told us when we came back on return trip check in was at 2pm but we could leave our luggage in his store go sitecsee etc and come back at check in time. Well we get Uber there and his store was closed. We waited a hour and half and his store never opened. We finally found a restaurant that would keep our luggage till 5pm. Then there wasca party all night in the next room. Litterly all night! They would bring there music with then between the room and roof top. We called the # listed to report but no one ever answered call. Not recommended.
