Oceanfront Garden Villa- affordable

Welcome to our beautiful, privately-owned beachfront condo with a fully furnished patio deck for daytime relaxation with hammocks or grilling and dining at night time.

Wake up to palm trees and a stunning beach sunrise. The first bedroom is the main suite with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, ceiling fan, and air conditioner. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (one upper twin size and one full size) and an air conditioner. In the living room, there is a Full-size sleep sofa. We also provide (1) Pack n Plays and (1) high chairs at no extra charge.

It has easy access to the parking lot with two designed parking spots and a fenced back patio--all on the ground level. In addition, a gas barbecue is available for your use.

The fully-equipped kitchen provides a full-size stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, tableware, utensils - ready-to-cook meals. Also located in our kitchen area is a full-size washer and dryer to help pack light.

Open space living and dining room complete with a Smart 32" TV and WiFi, this condo is ready and waiting for your enjoyment.

The property is in a gated community with a security guard on night staff and two dedicated parking spaces. There is an outdoor shower by the beach gate and a bathroom near the property's gazebo. The property manager will meet guests with the key/gate clicker or let us know beforehand for a check-in /check-out without person-to-person contact.

Located in Punta Bandera, Luquillo is close to El Yunque Rain Forest, the Fajardo or Vieques Bio Bay, several golf courses, the famous Luquillo Kiosks and restaurants including Mexican, seafood, local fare, tacos, pizza, and more. A short drive to the east takes you to Fajardo, where the ferry dock is located. Daily ferries are available to take you to Culebra or Vieques Islands, or if you plan, you can even go to St. John for the day. Waterfall tours, paddling, and snorkeling abound from Luquillo and Fajardo.

Driving west, there's horseback riding, go-carts, four-wheeling, and zip lining. A visit to Old San Juan to visit the old forts, San Cristobal and El Morro is always fun, and while you're in the area, you can take a free tour of the Bacardi Factory. Finally, a lovely day trip is to the Rio Camuy Caves, a little farther west.

For the shoppers, there's an outlet mall 20 minutes west of the condo and Plaza las Americas--the largest mall in the Caribbean--just west of San Juan.

There's always something for everyone in Puerto Rico, and this condo is the perfect place to start your adventures.

Well maintained and very clean. Many amenities like beach chairs and coolers. Even had a small tabletop artificial Christmas tree for the holidays! Steps away from the beach and a nice walk to the balneario. Good AC. Great place for our family of four.

Itā€™s a beautiful location. The only thing I would change is the road to get to it. A very narrow street with vehicles parked on the edge of it. Very uncomfortable to drive there. Once there it was very calm and quiet. No chickens or barking dogs. Just the sound of palm trees and the ocean. Awesome hosts.

Great property! Condo has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. Spotless inside (the fridge is the only thing that needs to be changed), a/c kept everything cool, lots of room. Great location right on the beach (beach chairs and coolers provided), wonderful calm beach, great for long walks. Market across the street, close to El Yunque, convenient location (to get back to the airport). Highly recommend this condo!

Incredible location great security and very clean
I am temporarily in a wheel chair so we needed an accessible unit. Thought we would have to sacrifice location, but happily, this is the best place weā€™ve stayed in Luquillo! The space allowed for all access; the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately appointed. The deck was a popular hang out with comfy patio furniture and lush gardens as a back drop. The beach was steps from the unit and I was able to enjoy the beach without a whole lot of effort. The building is well secured and the staff, very friendly and helpful. Note, the description says there are bathtubs in both bathrooms, there are zero tubs, but two spacious, recently remodeled shower stalls, which was actually better for us, but worth a mention for those who need a tub. Also, location of outdoor shower and bathroom was very convenient to keep the sand out of the condo. Very pleased and will come back!

Exploring Puerto Rico
Perfect location to explore the eastern coast to visit El Yunque, several Beaches, ferry to Vieques Island, Luquillo. First floor property was large and offered beach chairs, coolers everything we were looking for, great kitchen amenities, towels, linens all high quality. Great relaxing beach just outside your condo. We appreciated the water and soft drinks, as we arrived late after driving across the island from Acada. Experienced some confusion at the gate entrance, but it was fairly quickly resolved. Look forward to returning soon.

The beach was very beautiful and very close. However it was advertised as 3 bedrooms and it was 2 bedrooms and a futon in the living room. That was the only place to seat in the living room. We were a family of 6 and it really wasn't set up for this size family. Unfortunately when the one sleeping in the living room went to bed there was not another TV to be watched. I would come back here just without kids and grandkids.

Wonderful Location
We have stayed at this complex before and have owned in Puerto Rico. This area provides you a relaxing and beautiful view of the northeast side of PR. The apartment was easy access and very efficient for the two of us. We look forward to renting there again. The PM and Owner were responsive to a few items that needed to be addressed. We enjoyed our stay.

The property had 2 bedroom, not 3. The kitchen did not have equipment to support 6 guests--not enough silverware or dinnerware (bowls, glasses, etc.). No cleaning supplies at all (vacuum, toilet cleaner, mop or floor cleaner. The living area and bedrooms were barely furnished, like with end tables, coffee tables, seating for 6, no night stands or light to read by, no lamps in living room. You couldn't sit a drink or coffee cup anywhere to have a drink and conversation. Nothing on the walls to provide ambience or cozy feel. No rugs to wipe sand from feet or area rugs to provide a homey feel. The shower in one of the bathrooms was clogged. The property was clean, linens were ok, pillow horrible. The view was gorgeous and the cabana was wonderful. So if you don't care about any ambience, or cooking at home, this is ok. But if you have 6 guests and want to stay home for a family meal, this is not the place for you.

Perfect for beach lovers
Great location next to the beach. The beach can be seen right outside of the property. The water is calm and is perfect for little kids. We loved spending time at the patio overlooking the adjacent park, watching birds and listening to the frogs. The swimming area is protected from winds and is a short and pleasant walk to the left from the apartment. The host was accommodative with a later checkout and some other requests. We will come back again!

We had an amazing stay! We loved the convenient access to the beach... the water is always calm here b/c it's protected by a reef, so it's very safe for the kids to swim. We also enjoyed the private back patio that borders a forest and listening to the coqui frogs at night. You can walk to the Luquillo kioskos along the beach, and it's a short drive to El Yunque, Seven Seas beach, Amigo grocery store, and the bio bay in Fajardo. Check in was easy and communication from the property manager was great. We would definitely stay here again!
