Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With view of El Yunque National Forest, welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps 6. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze.

You donā€™t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, Netflix, Hulu, TV, and WIFI all included.

Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer Free Parking and Golf Cart (not a mode of transportation and at time it goes under maintenance) available to use and take to the beach.

Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House.

There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day.

Fantastic PR relaxing and exploring home away from home
Wonderful place. Appointed thoroughly and with style. Great location. Every detail well-thought out for guest experience. Will definitely stay again when we reutrn to PR. Comfortable, everything you need to explore PR from a "home" feel. Just do grocery shopping, everything else is there. Great also for just relaxing and taking advantage of everything in the resort compound. Thank you for the wonderful, easy experience.

Great family home!
We loved this home. Princess was very helpful and easy to work with. Her directions for check in were very detailed and easy to understand. We arrived late at night but we had no problem getting into the house. The air conditioners worked great and the amenities were perfect. We stayed during a tropical storm and the power went out but the generator worked great for multiple days. We never had to really cut back on using electricity. The home was well prepared for the storm. We really only had a couple of issues. Due to the storm, the wi-fi went out and never really worked very well after that. Princess tried to help us get it back on but it never was the same. But our phones still worked so we cast to the tv from our phones. Also, as other reviews had mentioned, the golf cart never worked for us. We tried charging it but it never would work. We did not ask Princess about it because we just chose to drive to the nearby beach. We loved that beach, there was never anyone there. The only issue for us there was that we think we got chiggers from walking across the field to get to the beach. We did have on bug spray. One of my favorite parts of the house was being able to hear and see the coqui frogs every night!

This was the perfect place to spend a vacation! The house is absolutely adorable! Perfect little patio in the backyard. It has all the amenities and items you would need for your stay! Cocoa Beach was such a short distance away and we were the only ones on the beach! So peaceful and relaxing to have our own beach! Perfect place to stay! Would definitely come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the property. Great amenities. Close location to great beaches and El Yunque. Very safe and peaceful location. Local beach was a little further than anticipated, but the added bonus of a golf cart was very appreciated.

Great Short Stay For Us
The condo was very cute and comfortable. Everything was as described. Maybe even better! The three bedrooms were large and comfortable. The beds are firm and the bedding is nice. The kitchen and living area was adequate. Very nice patio and garage area. The condo was clean and stocked with all the necessities and then some. Safe location and easy to get to. The condo is to a beautiful golf resort/golf course. There is a small beach close but I was not a fan of that beach. Good communication between the host. Check in and out was easy. My small complaint is that the air conditioner in the main living area seemed inadequate for that size of that space. We couldnā€™t get it as cool as we preferred. But I do understand Iā€™m in the Caribbean and things are different here. I am spoiled by central air conditioning at home. I would recommend this condo. It was a good choice for us.

Everything was great once again. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Puerto Rico. Itā€™s in a safe location and within 30 minutes of many tourist areas and of course beaches. The house has everything you need and almost half the cost of many hotels

What a great spot and deal
We had 4 of us adults for a girls weekend. The three bedrooms and space were just great. We had a blast with the golf cart and driving to the beach and had a LOVELY meal at the Hyatt.

Great house!
House was perfect for us for our short stay (2 adult couples plus 16 year old). Plenty of space, loved the access to the golf cart for Beach trips, and the back patio was so peaceful. We were attending a wedding at the nearby Hyatt and it was easy getting back and forth. We also appreciated the security of the gated community.

Family Spring Break
We had an amazing time at Casa Coco Crush! It was a comfortable and relaxing place to come home to after long days at the beach or hiking up El Yunque. Princess was attentive and communicative the entire time and very helpful with restaurant reviews and other recommendations. We would definitely come back. We loved the outdoor patio and the use of the golf cart to get to the local beach. We will be back!

The absolute best!
I donā€™t think I can rave enough but Iā€™ll try. This house was amazing. Beautiful, spacious, fully stocked, clean, amazing location, no detail forgotten. Every time my 2 year old walked up the stairs to the main house he gasped ā€œwowww so prettyā€ so all ages were impressed. Princess was a pleasure to deal with and so responsive. My family had a rental in the same neighborhood and they were jealous of my rental. The resort property is fabulous. I want to come back to stay again for sure!! Thank you Princess!!!

My family and I enjoyed the ability to feel like we were a home away from home. The house provided everything we needed and more. We did some breakfasts in morning. We enjoyed bbq outside in backyard. I enjoyed getting our clothes washed before going back home. Everything worked well for us. I would definitely consider this house on my next trip. Newly Renovated!!
Not sure the age of the listing, but the description - Newly Renovated, doesnā€™t appear to still be accurate. I also think the description should make clear that you need to climb 2 flights of stairs (8-10 steps each) to access main living area. Overall accommodations fell short of my expectations. But even with that, the house/area was full of amenities. Chock full of cooking supplies (look in kitchen cabinets and closets before shopping) and entertainment, lovely outdoor area and nearby beach. Close to other nearby beaches and attractions.

We love the area so we stayed again at our favorite property. We are 10 mins from the beach. We go to the local supermarket and get our groceries so we save on eating out every meal. If we want to go out to dinner we have restaurants and bars within Go Cart driving distance.
