This property is new and clean, love the colors and decoration. The staff are re super nice except Zachary he was disrespectful with me when I called to the hotel to ask for a credit because I stayed for two nights and they charge me for three’s, another down was when I did the reservation through Expedia and even in the hotel page said that they charge for cleaning and resort fees wha I understand because all hotel in PR charge resort fees but room cleaning never heard that. Clark was very helpful and professional. The rooms are small but for a night or two is more than enough.

The hotel’s connection to the local community is truly special, with stunning works from local artisans featured in the design of each room. Every corner felt thoughtfully curated to reflect the vibrant energy of San Juan. The location in the heart of San Juan made exploring the city incredibly easy. I enjoyed walking the historic streets of Old San Juan, visiting the famous Castillo San Felipe del Morro, and relaxing on the stunning Condado Beach, all just a short distance from the hotel. I stayed at the Somos hotel for a a small retreat, and it was just what I needed! Located super close to the beach and a short walk from vibrant local shops, the location couldn't be better. The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, offering us complimentary snacks and coffee. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, The bed was super comfy, ensuring we got plenty of rest. Overall, I highly recommend Somos hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. OMG people, the cutest hotel recently opened in the heart of my beloved Santurce! I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience at this charming place that has the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for both families and solo travelers. First of all, it captivated my soul with its super cool decoration with Puerto Rican rich culture theme, wich is obviously my favorite!!! From the moment we arrived, the warm and friendly staff made us feel right at home. We stayed in one of the spacious family apartments, which was immaculately clean and well-equipped, like a home away from home!!! I asked to check other rooms and the hotel offers a variety of options, including comfortable single rooms that are perfect for solo adventurers or business travelers. They explained that each room is thoughtfully designed, providing a restful retreat after a busy and hot day at the city. One of the standout features is its fantastic location; minutes away from local attractions, dining, beaches and shopping. It makes exploring easy and enjoyable! And if you are like me… I return to the hotel to take a bath after a day at the beach to go out again and enjoy the night city life! Lastly, a rooftop pool and bar will open soon!!! I can’t wait to return and enjoy these new facilities and create more lovely memories. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting my lovely island and to my local people looking to enjoy what Puerto Rico has to offer! 💙🇵🇷❤️

This small hotel is perfectly clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is walking distance to La plazita which is a place for people who like music loud music and good food and drinks.

Avoid this place at all costs. You get what you pay for. If you’re trying to enjoy your stay I would advise you spend a little extra to come to a comfortable lodging place. There were ants everywhere and bugs in both the bathroom and bedroom. Very tight space couldn’t even open my luggage comfortably. The Tv didn’t work at all. You need a code to get into the actual building also there’s not really a front desk area - you won’t really see anybody assisting 24 hours just depends if you’re lucky. Super thin walls - they placed us next to the pool table and there were so many mornings where I’d just hear people playing at like 7-8am. Outlet comes out. Just in general very bad hygiene. They don’t have housekeeping at all during ur stay so ur probably gonna have to pay for toilet paper if it runs out. Also check out stated it was 11 am but they seem to bother us stating it was 10 am. Overall not really happy with my experience here - if it were a solo trip I’d be like ehh okay but I would still want to invest in a safer and cleaner area :)!

This property will be perfect for like a 2 or 3 day weekend at puerto rico the location is close to condado beach and la placita. But the actual area is a little rough. There is a code to get in the building great I received the email with the code but my room number code I didn't receive thankfully there was someone working when I arrived and I asked for help and they contacted someone and received my code. I stayed for a whole week sat to Sat and basically multiple times after Sunday I would be asked when I was leaving from different staff people. Around Wednesday or Thursday the outside door code changed and wasn't notified lucky I was able to get in touch with someone with the phone number provided by expedia but they knew I was there a whole week maybe they could have provided that so not just randomly trying to get back to my room I was locked out. I didn't rent a car until the end of the week because I wanted to visit family but I walked all around condado and even walked to viejo san juan with no issues. I would not use this location unless it would be for a short period of time.
