WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.
A $200 FEE FOR DAMAGES DONE BY SERVICE DOGS.

Recently remodeled studio with one Queen bed. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable 55' Smart TV wall-mounted, large balcony, AC and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for only two persons. .Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

A quick trip to San Juan
I live in Fajardo and had a friend in town for two weeks. Instead of ubering to San Juan to hang out, we decided to stay over night to enjoy. ESJ and this unit was perfect. Close to everything you need, food, beach, exercise. I will remember this if I decide to do it again!

Wow, this place was awesome and our view was unbeatable. This property is undergoing some renovations, but it did not affect our stay at all. The beach was right in front of the building, and a beautiful beach it was. There’s a really nice grocery store a couple of blocks away and lots of dining options nearby. Id stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location and the view is everything. Easy check-in, great communication with Isabel. Only thing is if you’re looking to hang out in a pool the pool is closed. But the beach is literally in the backyard. Best view to wake up to.

Paradise with a View
I had to smile when I walked into the Apartment. The view was breathtaking! It was decorated like a Tropical Paradise. It was sparkling clean. Everything you would need was there. I loved having breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the Caribbean and San Juan. Had a delicious dinner at Metropole which was a short walk away. Enjoyed shopping at Pueblo supermarket, also a short walk away. Isabel the hostess was so easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice family stay in PR aísla verde
Property renter was clear about property description and made check in process quick and simple . Great response time ! Room had everything need to feel like your at home but with a an outstanding view of isla verde beach resorts and coast line . Definitely a must stay again and imagine would be amazing once pool, bar downstairs re- open
