I had bugs in my room every night to be told that housekeeping can come kill the roaches and clean it up but nothing else can be done. Shadona was mean and rude as if the money I paid to stay 4 nights was nothing

The hotel does show its age a little, but itā€™s a beautiful property the pools their own beach the ocean views itā€™s a beautiful place. The issues we ran into was elevators not working and theyā€™re only being one to use. Also, I went to the lobby to make a phone call in the evening and it sounded like I was in a club. The music was loud throughout the entire lobby. There was not one quiet space to sit and make a phone call. I had to go outside to make a call because it was so loud. The bellhops were very nice and very helpful. I appreciated them. I wish I couldā€™ve checked in earlier than what I did, but everything worked out. I would stay here again.

I can tell the property is old but the staff is maintaining the property well. I donā€™t like the refrigerator in the bathroom. I would like for the room to at least have a microwave.

The hotel lobby is nice the staff was friendly once you get in the elevator and go up to the rooms the hotel is very old infested with roaches and ants the room floors was very slippery the bedding was wet and moist the curtains was falling apart the smell of the room was terrible I wouldnā€™t recommend this hotel the best thing in this hotel is the view of the ocean everything else is a no no DONT DO IT RUNNNNN !!!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pools was lovely. The customer service was on point. Very professional and friendly. The beach is steps away. Everything was beautiful.

Loved the staff at this property however the room I had was not clean and/or out dated. Multiple places were rusted, fridge, balcony, air conditioner. The air conditioner started leaking and created puddles. The sheets were not clean, there were literally hand prints on the headboard. The ā€œcleanā€ towels received daily had stains on them. The couch in the room was ripped, the door to the room malfunctioned up until the last day and the power went out multiple times. The pool closes way too early in my opinion and only one elevator works.

When you pay that kind of money and get no water, problems from staff, and just all around poor service. It is what it is and travel to any hotel in these days is high prices, little amenities, and the staff couldnā€™t care less. Hey just know there was a a pool table lol.
