Our experience was bad as there was a construction going just above our rooms 7th floor. The work started 3 days continuously starting from 6am with loud noises just above our room. It was very difficult to sleep and hotel management didn’t do anything to stop. After lot of complaints they tried to give one night refund but they charged resort fees. Since it was a last minute reservation we didn’t have much choice around hotel booking and ended up here. I wish we had planned and took a much better hotel for the price they charged us. One more unfairness on the hotel management is they refunded 2 nights and resort fees for an African American who complained along with us who was in 3rd floor(the lady was kind enough to share the information with us) but we were offered only 1 day even though we were impacted pretty bad. Seems like some favoritism for management. I felt it was pretty biased. Coming to the rooms, they are very small. Bathroom is very small and broken taps. Note that there is no pool and kids play area at property like they advertised. Though our stay has bitter experience, we enjoyed the food at hotel restaurant. If there is a second option will not stay here and would not recommend this hotel.

Dec 2024- Please avoid this facility, even if you see the rates lower than other hotels. There are major construction going on in the building and the noise out of that is passing thru the vents and the irrespective of the floor you get, you will have construction noice starring at 6am. We were even unlucky that they gave us 6th floor when the construction was right above our floor. When we complaint about it, staff was not even keen to help. When the noice reach beyond tolerable limit, we had a serious discussion with the facility director. If you stay here, it will ruin your vacation, we are not flying all the way there to deal with such issues. Also note, there is NO swimming pool and children play area. They are falsely advertising those with pics. They have a tie up with a beach club which is 10 mins drive and provide shuttle. Well, that is much different from having pool in the facility especially if you have kids. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We just came back from there today, this worst experience, almost killed the joy of the trip.

The pool area wasnt available and we were not notified. The alternative pool is a 10 min ride. The balcony view was drench in water including the rug to the room . The rug in room is filthy the bathrooms need updating. The bar and coffee shop are excellent.

Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovation which means the pool is closed, there are construction noises, and it isn't as clean as typical. A sister hotel pool was available but only accessible via shuttle. I was surprised that the room lacked some amenities. They provided shampoo, but not conditioner. There were no cups available in the room and when I requested one they said they were out.
