Unfortunately due to construction, there is no useable pool on the premises contrary to the advertising on the hotel website. The substitution of a shuttle to use another facility's pool was not satisfactory, and we went to another hotel for the rest of our stay; the management was understanding and refunded the balance of our reservation. The staff were extremely courteous, and friendly, but we had booked our stay on the anticipation of using the pool, as we had on previous stays at this hotel.

El hotel en las fotos no es lo que publican estĆ” en remodelaciĆ³n por fuera, la piscina no tiene piscina en el goteo te llevan en buses a un club a 10min del hotel. No hicieron la limpieza del cuarto por 3 dĆ­as reclamĆ© todos los dĆ­as y no lo limpiaban, problemas con el drenaje del hinodoro se inundĆ³ el baƱo. The property has bed bugs and my family got bitten everywhere over their bodies. When we informed them they acted so nonchalant about it and refused to compensate us for it in any way!

the property is in construction. Timely they started at 9:00 am to work with noisy machines . The room is kind of old fashion. The lobby was normal, clean. The staff was very attentive as was the maid of my room.

It smelled like mold and they only cleaned my room twice. They were dirty towels on the hallway floor every day. The pool was under construction and the parking lot too. We had to go to another hotel to use they pool but they also was under construction.

This was my first time staying at this hotel , $220 dollars room I was given room 400 very strong odor to cigarette, they relocated me to room 630 that room was a little bit better, pillows had a very odor give the impression they donā€™t clean or replace the pillows, the people staying next to room 630 they were loud they did not stop yelling all night long trough 5 am this had been one the worse experience if not the worse ,donā€™t stay at this hotel there are hundreds of options I only stay for one night and that was horrible
