A lot of overhead noise affected sleep
Room was clean and convenient, which is about what you would hope for. We had the misfortune of sleeping below someone who paced most of the night. By the time we realized this was a problem (the insulation wasn’t enough sound proofing to alleviate the noise issue, and the ceiling/floor creaked with every step they made), it was too late to do anything but live with it. But if we had the luck of staying in a room that wasn’t below one with a tenant (I think they do long term rentals there), it probably would have been better. Because everything else was adequate. Needless to say, it wasn’t the best night sleep.

I booked my 2 night stay in short noticed. Desk attendant able to grant my request for lower floor request. Have some issue with air conditioning but able to resolve problem right away. I'll say just a standard room 7/10 rating but a decent place to stay. Very nice area with very accommodating staff.

Room had a terrible unbearable smell. We were going to leave but opened sliders and turned on air conditioner which wasnt needed otherwise and this helped to get by.

Great location, horrible staff
Check-in was a breeze, super friendly staff, decent hotel, parking was easy. Bed was comfy. Horrible water pressure, but the worst part was cleaning staff. We asked for extra towels and told her we did not need cleaning service and she wanted our soiled towels, but we didn't have any yet. We put the do not disturb sign on our door before we left for the day and while we were gone she came into the room and took all but ONE clean towel. She took all the wash clothes, hand towels, shower mat and left 1 towel that was hanging that we would re-use, took the other (used) one and then left one clean towel. Needless to say we ran out of clean, dry towels. Would never recommend or stay here again. Oh, and all the seagulls live on top of this hotel. So loud! Beautiful view though. That is why I give it 2 stars.

Nice property and extremely attentive staff. One of the few places that still offers daily maid service. We found that our refrigerator was not working at 10 PM and contacted the front desk. The immediately opened up a room next-door to us and let us move all of our food into the other refrigerator. The next day, they repaired/replaced our refrigerator and moved all the food back in Above and beyond service, especially in today’s post Covid environment. I would definitely stay there again.
