I gave 1 star to the staff because of the front desk guy who was unable to professionally handle our complaint of having the smoke alarm going off at 6am.... We reported the issue and gave their maintenance team the whole day to fix, but it went off again at 8pm. The front desk guy had an attitude and tried to talk us back as if that was our fault. This single staff member made the stay very unpleasant. For Hampton inn to be part of the Hilton family, I really expected better customer service.

The hotel in general was very nice and everything looked clean. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars in some categories is because they did not do our beds or clean our room or restroom, we stayed two nights. Upon arrival I also found candy wrappers on the floor by my bed.

I’m extremely picky, and this hotel was excellent. From check in to departure, it was such a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and quiet, and everything was perfect. The cell phone charging pad on the bedside table was a nice touch. I heard nothing but silence throughout the night, which gave me excellent sleep. The only improvement that I suggest, is to include a protein along with the eggs with the free breakfast. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about whatsoever. This hotel goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. No complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for picky people like me. I’ll be back.

Outstanding hotel and staff.
This hotel was above excellent. Lilia and staff were friendly helpful, just great people. The breakfast was very good. The dog, friendly heart was so appreciated, and i most definitely will recommend this hotel to as many people as I can. And if we have to stay in one again, I will stay here. If anything negative at all, I would say, the prices of your snacks in your little downstairs area our way way too expensive ..ridiculously
