**Please note the guest suite does not have A/C. It does have ceiling fans in each room and it does have heat for the winter.

The living room offers plenty of natural light and flows seamlessly together, creating a warm and inviting space perfect for bonding with friends and family.

Lots of board games, a variety of books (including for young readers) corn hole, chess set and yoga mat are in the laundry room.  Swings and kids mini plastic playhouse in the back yard.

* Close all curtains and lower shades during the day.

* Keep exterior doors and windows shut during the day.

*  Keep bedroom doors and game room doors shut all the time

* Turn on ceiling fans.

*  No smoking

*  Pets are not allowed.

*  No events, parties, or large gatherings

*  Please report any damages that occur during the stay

Guest Access

Enter the house via the backdoor which is where the electronic lock is. There is a concrete path that leads you there


Other Details to Note

Additional sleeping space: There is a convertible sofa in the living room of the guest suite with a mattress topper inside its storage unit.


Parking: All parking is uncovered. Please do not park in Rotonda to prevent disturbing the neighbors!


Gated community: Yes. It is imperative that all guests respect the 15-mph speed limit after crossing the gate. The neighbors are very strict about this rule. Also, please no parking on the shared driveway or cul de sac.


No RVs or Camper Vans are allowed in the community,  the HOA has a strict policy against this.
